We were stranded overnight due to a rental car malfunction and this bakery was like a small oasis in the desert. As someone who has travelled in Japan, I was smitten with their milk buns (especially the chili crisp one which was magically sweet and savory). Will be back!
Sourdough bread with high quality ingredients, whole grain seeded is my jam. The cookies 🍪 are addicting. Coffee is good too! Estaben clearly puts a lot of thought, care, and love into everything he makes. Highly recommend checking it out.
Everything on the menu is wonderful and made by hand. This is a micro-bakery, not a coffee shop. That means they don't serve full breakfasts or giant cappuccinos.
