I was born and raised in Northern NJ. I grew up on amazing home cooked and restaurant Italian food from NJ and NYC. So I have very high standards for what good Italian food should taste like. Every Italian restaurant around upstate NY has deeply disappointed me, except for this restaurant. It's so nice to have found a local place with food that reminds me of home. Stopped by on the recommendation of a friend while I was visiting the PA/NY border.We visited for dinner and didn't have pizza, but they had some great looking pizzas a nice comfortable bar area, and a decent dining area.It was easy to get a table when I went, but I was warned that during the spring through fall months, you should make sure to get a reservation.
