My experience at seminary hill has been nothing short of extraordinary! The house-made cider and mixed drinks are amazing and the service is first class all around. You will not find a better farm to table establishment in the state. The food is on point and the deck view is spectacular! BBQ night is a must try on Wednesdays and Thursdays!!!Food & drinks: Pear concoction and Tom’s beard cider are my two favorites drinks. Don’t forget about the house-made ice cream!
Dining at Seminary Hill was a wonderful experience. I went with my family for BBQ Night and enjoyed the Fried Chicken and Pulled Pork. I had a pear concoction to drink, and it was a pleasant surprise. We all finished dinner with Apple Crisp for dessert… it was topped with homemade chocolate ice cream, I Totally recommend!

If there is any place to spend your time and money, its a place like this. Great enviornment, great staff, delecious cocktails and cider. You simply can't go wrong. Even if you want just an app a drink and a good view. This is the place. It's very hard to find consistently good food and service in the catskills. The owners put their best foot forward here.
