The food is to die for, management is great, the staff is a great, friendly team. They offer tours of their distillery, weddings and events with their beautiful location. It is the place to be. Prices are up there but for good reason.
Walkability: Very spacious as well as wheelchair accessible.
Food and drinks: Amazing! The cuts they use on their meats are just mmm and their greens, vegetables, fruits and spices are just a perfect the drinks are made professionally and they also offer kid friendly drinks.

Beautiful venue for events, knowledgeable staff.
Came here for a friend's wedding and was blown away by the views alone. Taking in all the beautiful New York southern tier foliage right before the fall was breathtaking but the good doesn't stop there. They offer a great variety of ciders on tap, some sweet, some tart, you can find a taste profile you like on their menu I'm sure. I personally recommend the Tom's Beard (no bias I swear). Food was quite good too, especially cocktail hour, the fried chicken skin and BLT sliders had me head over heels. Dinner was family style (which was a first for a wedding I had seen) and honestly paled in comparison to the previous apps, but still on the better side of wedding food I've had, the short rib being a particular favorite. Staff was great and very kind to the whole party during our whole stay there, for any upstate plans in my future, I'll certainly make sure to stop by again on my way.

This review is long overdue. My family brought me in for a birthday dinner on 8/3. Emma was our server that night and she was terrific. She did not rush us and let us enjoy our meal and our time together. The food and drinks were (as always) delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful. We will be back!

We got married at Seminary Hill over Labor Day weekend and 10000% would recommend them to any couple looking to have an unforgettable experience. I cannot praise them highly enough, from the food to the service to the views! The entire team went above and beyond at every step to make our guests feel comfortable, and the professionalism was only outmatched by a magical sunset. I loved that we had the whole property for the day of our wedding so we had time for our vendors to set up, our guests got a private tour of the cidery, and to move our party from the orchard to the tasting room to the tent to the bonfire to the tasting room again! The pricing is clear and transparent and this team knows what they are doing. My only complaint is that its over, but luckily we plan to return for our anniversary many times :) Do not hesitate to book this venue! Photos by Jaci Berkopec (who you should also book).

Very nice ambience. Service was mid. After hostess sat us it was about 10-15 minutes before a server greeted us . It was not busy either. It was a Thursday night so the only menu available was the bbq menu . I ordered the burger. For 18$ the burger was very small and it came with about 6pieces of potatoes in the potatoe salad . Not once did the server came out to check on us. Ciders were really good.
This place is an absolute must visit if you are in the area. The views are so beautiful. I had the cabbage and mushroom bbq (on Thursday they have a BBQ menu). I found them both delicious - the crispiness on the mushroom was incredibly delicious.

Restaurantji Recommends
Portion size is non existent I ordered a chicken plate received only two chicken drumsticks and a potato salad that’s maybe 3 small pieces of a potato
Food is okay but way to expensive and almost nothing on the plate
Location and view amazing!
Service ok… we had to track down waitress to get check after 30 minutes of being finished… and there were only 4 tables in entire restaurant!

Made a reservation after my wife came a week early and had a great meal with friends. Overall the food was not great. It was clear they were busy, but the quality was far below her visit a week earlier. All the grilled veggies were coated in burnt grill grease, clearly getting stuff out as quickly as possible. Even though food took over 1.5 hours and the staff was hard to track down, even had to get up and go to the bar to pay our bill. Really unfortunate given how stunning the property is. Given my wife's previous experience its clear there are challenges on consistency
Interesting menu. The food was pretty good. Service ATROCIOUS. The restaurant was less than 1/2 full. We had to grab someone to order appetizers. The food took forever to come. After we ate the apps, plates sat for another 30 minutes. Again Had to ask to order mains. Literally another 30 minutes to get food. Ordered dessert and check at same time we received our mains. Now again sitting here. 30 minutes later. Can't recommend. Beautiful setting. Really a shame.

I had really good experience here until recently. It is a busy Friday night, i ve ordered a dish with asparagus and smoked duck breast. When it came I couldn’t see this duck braest which actually was the reason i ordered it. When i asked about it they said they ran out of it… okaay. When the bill came it was the price of the full dish, and when i asked about that, i was told they gave me extra asparagus but willing to give me 10% from this dish. This was my weirdest experience of the past time so far to be honest
An incredible view of the Delaware, looking west toward the Poconos from the Catskills. Lunch was fantastic! Can’t wait to return.
