I ordered from this place tonight it's my birthday an hour and 40 minutes goes by as I repeatedly call over here to see where the pizzas are and I get told that the lady drops the pizzas off at my house after trying to call me which never happened who drops off takeout without getting the money for it. Now she has me sitting in my car waiting for this delivery driver to get back with proof of her dropping these pizzas off to me.

I am seriously considering never ordering from here again! I placed an order for just a pizza and a soda at 5:07, it arrived cold at 6:40, after calling twice and being reassured my food would be fresh. I understand things happen, but I shluld have either been told there was a delay in delivery times, or maybe recieved a call? Never had a problem before,but not happy with the customer service I recieved tonight, at all.

Pretty much huge let down from Inferno cohoes, antipasto salad consists of lots of iceberg lettuce, 2 small tomato chunks, 3 green pepper strips, huge handful of black olives, 6 cubes of cheese, ham and salami cut into bite size squares of deli slices, topped with a layer of pepperoni nice and neat. Please call Troy location for some tips, no sign of roasted peppers, cherry peppers, hot peppers or any of the usual “antipaste” pickled veggies, usually included also are a few garlic knots. The only positive was the lettuce was not soggy. Sorry guys, definite fail. :(

Diamond Rock Terrace, Elderly Residents are sitting waiting for a pizza ordered yesterday to be delivered at 5 now no answer. Residents skipped lunch waiting for our pizza party and Infernopizzaeracohoesny# decided we weren't important enough to even deserve a call. Shame on you treating Seniors who look forward to events like this. Disgrace.

I order from here frequently, they really have very good pizza and very good garlic Parmesan wings. I’ve always been very satisfied every time I order.

They are now under new management/staffing and the food is much better now.
This place could be a gold mine! Except they're constantly closing their doors early because they don't have enough staff. Or because they are out of particular menu items.... like veal!..... even though it's advertised as a special!

Very disappointed. Our philly subs had very little meat and are partially burnt, the chicken parm was over cooked and had no sauce. To top it off we were missing our salads. We called and the only thing the girl said was she was by herself and that we could get store credit. After this experience I don’t want the store credit.... sorry but three strikes and your out!

Food is always good, last night I ordered garlic knots and didn’t receive them with my order so I call and I was like hey I didn’t get my garlic knots and they offered to bring me some or just give me a credit and I live only a few block away so I asked to have them brought over. Never got them. I’m not mad I just want my garlic knots. But uhm yeah always the rest of the time everything is correct and hot ☺️

Not mad at the pizza at all cooked to perfection toppings on point (sausage and mushrooms, not that slice sausage either) good sauce, if and when i order again i hope its the same consistency.
