I want to like this place. The subs are actually decent but the place is in dire need of a deep cleaning. Past the point where it's a sanitization issue. Grime on the doors that hasn't been cleaned in years, floors are gross, the place is messy and disorganized. The staff wasn't very friendly when I was there but they weren't rude. This is one of those places where they got known and then stopped trying a long time ago. This is a food establishment and should be meticulously cleaned. Take pride in your business.

The place is an eye sore upon entry and the sandwiches are subpar to say the least but sometimes you gotta eat what's available to you in the area, so I do stop in for one from time to time. Today I walked in for a sub. The guy came from the back to help me and I noticed he had a greasy glove on one hand and none on the other. I began to tell him what I wanted. He put a glove on the bare hand and opened the refrigerator door below him to grab the bucket of lettuce with the hand with the greasy glove on. He then proceeded to stick the greasy gloved hand into the bucket of lettuce and began putting the lettuce on the bread for my sandwich. I brought it to his attention that that is unsanitary and I don't know how long he's had that glove on that he's using to touch the food going on my sandwich. I suggested he should change his glove and he basically told me there's no other way for him to make my sandwich like he couldn't recognize the point in which I was attempting to make. What he should have done was simply honor my request and put on a new glove but he obviously didn't care about my concern (probably because it's normal for him to be unsanitary in that way and his brain obviously couldn't grasp what I was saying to him). He just allowed me to walk out of his store not giving a care to the concerns of a paying customer. I will NEVER get another sandwich from Subs-Ta-Toot again. He proved to me that a lot of times you can judge a book by its cover.

I asked for mayo on my steak and cheese torpedo. Literally just paint the bread lightly with some mayo. And I get the picture below. Covered in mayo and zero cheese. Disgusting. Never again.

Food was amazing! Got sub platters and trays of hot food for catering and the prices were phenomenal. Food arrived on time and was still hot. Would recommend to all for catering and meals!
