Ran out of gas coming south from Speculator and the owner of Haskell's literally dropped her kitchen tools and drove to the next town over for gasoline. The beer was cheap and there's a decent pool table. 10/5 stars. Shout-out to Andrea!
Really cool little "hole in the wall" type place. I was on my way home to Buffalo from a work trip in Vermont and my maps took me thru the Adirondacks to get to the 90 in Syracuse. So it was really cool to find this place basically in the middle of the woods (from my perspective lol). The people were incredibly kind and the food was great. They treated me like a regular as soon as I walked in despite being a complete stranger. TBH it is very small and a tiny bit run...
This place was a stop on a poker run I was a part of- they put out an amazing spread for us to help ourselves to, great service, lots of parking, biker friendly, outside picnic tables, plenty of room inside. Thank you!!!!
