Everyone's meals were delicious, the salmon in the salmon bowl was cooked perfectly! Spicy mango margarita was one of the best I've ever had! Our server Carlos was patient and gave us great suggestions based on our questions, he added a level of fun to the evening!

This place needs a management overhaul. We dineout regularly and because this was listed as Kid friendly we did a late lunch. 2 hours later and we had had it and asked to speak to the manager. Even the manager was condescending. It was hard to be understanding when we could not even get him to acknowledge there was an issue. Meals were cold. Service was non existent. And the “manager” said they were slammed. The dining area was not even 1/3 full. Very disappointed. And it takes alot for me to complain.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience - once seated it took an hour to get our drinks (that we tried to order from our server multiple times and kept getting told he would be right back). Only 1 out of 5 orders were correct with the food. The manager was amazing and handled the situation perfectly. Once we got the bill that was adjusted by the manager we saw that random things from the menu were added to our bill that we had not ordered. We love the food at BJ's and will probably dine again as long as we don't have the same server. The table behind us as well had the same issues with the server.

I was a few minutes late for my reservation, then have to wait for over 30 minutes. When we sat down, I noticed there were plenty of empty tables. While we were waiting at the door, I have seen quite a few potential customers turned around and left! Waited for over 30 minutes for our food and it was stone cold! No knife and fork to eat!

Our waiter was fast and efficient. Good and drinks were brought out promptly. The fries were delicious. The burger was good for a general burger. Desert - pizookie- delicious

Unfortunately due to extreme uptick in guests, appetizer came out cold & my man's food came out before the app. my food didn't arrive to the table til after 30 mins and in the middle talking to the manager. I didn't even want to waste more time for more disappointment. The manager was amazing and apologized, he's still new to the location so we gave him grace. He did give us a gift card for the trouble so we will be back to try it again.

Menus coated in sticky dirt/grease. Sat for quite a while before anyone came to our table. Drinks took quite some time to arrive. Meals arrived without some of the sides ordered. Had to chase down the waiter after he said he was getting the sides but they never arrived. Received an email saying we cancelled our open table reservation. Called the restaurant and was put on hold and apparently forgotten about. Contacted open table and sent them a copy of the receipt. Hopefully it has been resolved.

Our reservation was at 3. We never were seated until 340. We finally got our food at 425. My daughter's graduation was at 6, but she had to be there at 5. She has to eat like a prisoner in order to be on time. The waitress was rude. If you know it's going to be busy, don't let walk ins come.
Extremely busy on a Friday night but they got us in the time of our reservation which is a plus. Food was good, waitress was good but food took longer than I'd like. We will definitely go back again.

Went there with my family of six. The food came out in 15 minutes. My wife's fillet mignon, which she ordered medium rare came out, burnt and like a hockey puck. We asked for another fillet and it took over a half an hour to get the second one. The second fillet was cooked and burnt even more than the first. I asked the waiter to take it off the bill, and he said OK. When I received the bill, I saw they charge me for an additional fillet and took that one off, the bill. The waiter said that is the way they do it. So I never got credit for the fillet that was inedible. I went back the next day and showed the receipt. The manager said she would talk to the store manager Joseph who would take it off. I Never received a call back, so called Joseph the next day and asked about it and he said he took it off my bill. I said I hadn't seen it off on the credit card and he said it takes five days, I still have not received credit. Overall a bad meal and my wife didn't get to eat with us and they stuck me for 30 bucks. 1/13/24 Post Script: management did get back to me and made it right by crediting me. I really appreciate the follow up .

We had an excellent waitress very attentive. However we ordered the rib eye steak and it came out raw. The waitress made good on it and brought us totally different dinners that we chose. She was very patient
The music in the restaurant was blaring so you could barely hear anyone talk. The food quality was not what was expected. One of us ordered a medium rare burger and it came out well done. We asked for a replacement. We waited over 25 minutes for the burger to come out and it was well done again! In the meantime everyone else had finished their meals. My burger was also overcooked and the bun was crispy. My wife ordered steak tips medium and she got a rare piece of meat. The server barely checked on us and when she did said she could get us a drink refill which took her 15 minutes to get by which time we were finished with our food. My wife asked for water which never came. We were never checked on by the manager who must have known we got our food cooked wrong. Very disappointed in this entire meal especially for how much it cost. We won't be returning to this restaurant and I do not recommend anyone else goes either.
