Walked in to an un packed restaurant on mother's day at 730 was met by a hostess said she had to check with her manager if she could seat us (family of 4) she left came back shortly saying she could sit us in the bar area at a table and proceeded to walk us back the waiter yelled from another table " NO SIT THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE I CANNOT " i immediately said never mind to the hostess an left the restaurant! Was not welcoming on a Mother's Day the waiter was rude as hell!
Our waitress Shannon was wonderful and the food was amazing.

Attentive staff and good food. The walls are decorated with many items to look at. The dining room is a more intimate family setting, the back room is for large groups and parties.
Vegetarian options: There are salmon dishes, plenty of pasta dishes and salads as well.

The food quality was poor. The prices are too high for the quality. The credit card system was down and they didn't have a back up system. We either had to wait for the IT person to arrive and fix it. I had to walk to the bank and take out cash.
A few friends and I decided to go to Bucca’s yesterday for dinner, and we live about an hour from Albany, and they rated Bucca’s highly, so I figured we should go for it. We got there, we were seated immediately, a waiter John served us, and he was fantastic. I have no complaints about the service and the speed of it, however the food was a bit to be desired. I’m not one to complain vocally about the food, but it tasted a bit strange. We had prosciutto stuffed chicken to share, along with spaghetti and meatballs, the sauce was a bit bland and dry on the pasta, the prosciutto tasted weird, and for the price, I expected more. The restaurant seems a bit dated, and the decor doesn’t seem to match the environment well, I have a hard time recommending it due to the food. Try Delmonicos, that’s the superior experience. Sorry.

Was at the Albany location for a pickup lastnight and it was excellent! Lisa was wonderful taking and checking the order and it was all fresh to order as promised and extra delish. Thanks Lisa for being a wonderful manager and knowing how to do a demanding job with a smile on your face while making sure we were happy!

Ordered a salad fed 3 had to wait 30 + minutes. Entre took another 30 minutes. Food just ok. Not excited about spaghetti at all. Marinara sauce did not have a good flavor. Our waiter was typically New York. Another 20 minutes to get credit card back. Good thing we are not local. Would not go here again. Here for soccer meet.
Jeff was our server and he made our dinner experience terrific.The food was great but what made it even better was Jeff. He guided us in regard to portions and choices. The other piece we enjoyed was how perfectly paced each part of our meal was. Jeff never rushed us and allowed us time to enjoy each part of our meal.We will definitely return!
