This was my go to chipotle for months now and I just am so disappointed in how they treat their customers! The food also has been overcooked the last few times. They are just as bad as Mohawk Commons now.

i typically like this chipotle compared to the one off fuller road, but today when i went through the drive though for my order i was a couple minutes early without realizing. the worker let me know she was working on it and i apologized for being early and asked if she wanted to to pull around or park and wait in a spot and she said no it’s fine. however after the window closed i could hear her mocking my voice and me apologizing for being early to another worker. i was nothing but kind and respectful and offered to move to not up their window time and in returned i was mocked and called names on the other side of the window while i waited. extremely saddened with my experience.

Carne Asada looks great but I spent half my time chewing on ligaments and or tendons (poor cuts of steak) $12.80 for the burrito, $2 for cheese and $2.85 for guacamole. YOU GUYS SERIOUSLY CHARGE FOR CHEESE?
This $20 burrito (with the other costs) had a small portion of meat, the person beside me got almost 50% more, i asked how much for more meat and was told it was $7
$27+taxes for a burrito, no thanks
I will not return!

I’ve ordered lunch for pick-up via the drive through 3 times. Every time there has been something wrong with my order. 1. I was given the wrong drink. 2. My bowl only had the rice, beans, and half the meat. I ordered 2X and lots of toppings. 3. Today the black beans are rock hard/ undercooked.

This Chipotle is about the only decent one I've found in the entire Albany to Saratoga region. This location actually had edible food, staff were pleasant, and it wasnt a mess. Avoid the Stuyvesant Plaza location at all costs!

Rude people very rude closing people. It’s only 915 hardly any food in the warmers. Everything was dried out. They act like you’re crazy. For wanting your sauces on the side, so your burritos not soggy when you get home on top of it your food is dried out and gross. The people you got working for you at night are rude lazy all they wanna do is close and get out of there they don’t have fresh food. They wanna sell you garbage.

Really like this location. Compared to wolf road location, this has the best service and portion sizes. I came in at 6:30 and everything was fresh.

I’ve only been here three times so far and have never eaten in but my pickup experience has gone well every time! In comparison to the one on wolf road, this location prepares our pickup orders much faster (sometimes even before the estimated pickup time!) and gives much bigger portions!! A few months ago we got burritos from the wolf road location and were shocked at how tiny they were, it was so disappointing. But each time we have come to this central ave location we have gotten humongous burritos! I also really like the chipotlane option, driving up and picking up the orders is so convenient.
