This Dunkin’ is a true gem for weary travelers. The bathrooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. While we waited for our order, the atmosphere was made even better by good music playing in the background. Everything was quick, efficient, and welcoming—exactly what you need on a long drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again! My only regret is not catching the names of the men in service at this Dunkin’.

Came at 4am open to get coffee. The staff was there, did not open the lobby and ignored us for over 20 minutes! Inexcusable!

I made a mobile order. Paid online. The location had 30 minutes to close so I thought I may have a chance to grab something since online it showed open. The worker hid when he saw me pull in (seen this plenty before) because no one answered at the speaker and when I pulled around there seemed to be no one inside. By now I had already paid online. I waited where my vehicle couldn’t be seen easily and the guy reappeared. When I drove back around he signaled his hand at his throat implying they are closed, but I wanted to know what to do to request the refund. He told me he couldn’t hear me. He was far from the window, had headphones in and made no attempt to come closer. A few times of going back and forth this way I got upset and shouted what was his problem.. I just wanted a clear answer and he just wanted me to leave so he kept repeating they are closed and put his head down. I asked for his name and he mumbled his name then said to speak to his manager if I had a problem.. very unprofessional. I emailed customer service and I am constantly told the store will reach out. No one did. No one has refunded me. Now my emails are being neglected it seems. I reached out to them on 11/28/24. Writing a review in hopes to be acknowledged and not neglected..

You lost me yesterday 11/4. I come in everyday. Maybe twice on some days. When I came in the was a good size woman actually sitting on the counter where your workers bring the sandwiches to be taken go. Bad enough you could not see the counter at all, she never moved and your customers had to reach around her while she scrolled on her phone, not even thinking to move. Then someone handed her a donut that she took her time eating while sitting in the counter. Why not move to a table as only 1 table was being used. I finally walked out thourghly disgusted and 3 other people left as well. I have owned a small retail business in colonie for 40 years and would have lost my mind over this especially when my customers food goes where this lady was sitting. Not caring about a thing!!! I won’t be back anytime soon!!!!

We used the mobile app through the drive thru to be told that we had to go back around because it wasn’t ready. Normally we wouldn’t be upset at that request but it was the workers tone, and demeanor that put us off. We like our Dunkin’s runs, we use the mobile app often and haven’t had issues before. The mobile app shouldn’t be treated rudely by the workers at this location.

Hello! I would like to say this Dunkin was very discriminatory to my younger cousin who wanted to get a muffin and blue berry latte and told him to leave because he was being too "loud". However, he went into that store with no friends and no phone. He said he sat in the corner waiting for his food until they told him to get out. Hes asian, and he was the only POC there and In my opinion that's lowk racist and very rude. Moreover, the people working there are rude in general. Me and my friends were in the drive through trying to order our food and they were lowk mean to us. They said "What are they still waiting there for?" in a lowk rude tone, even though we were waiting for our food?!?!
