I drive through here five days a week to get my coffee and sometimes breakfast. All of the staff at the drive-through window are so sweet, very kind and very efficient. They have never ever gotten my order wrong. I used to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Clifton Park and it was terrible there so I love the colony location.@ and only come here on my way to work now! Great job to the management on hiring wonderful staff.

This Dunkin’ is a true gem for weary travelers. The bathrooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. While we waited for our order, the atmosphere was made even better by good music playing in the background. Everything was quick, efficient, and welcoming—exactly what you need on a long drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again! My only regret is not catching the names of the men in service...

When a customer asks for whipped cream and you give them none. I gave a 3 dollar tip with a 3 dollar coffee , and got to my office and no whipped cream. 2 times now same Dunkin, and went thru drive thru when it was not busy. Let's do better , please.
