This place is the worst. I asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese and they gave me something else and charge me for it. They gave me a bacon egg and cheese and I’m highly allergic to the egg. Never will I return back to this place ever again

Got my order wrong at drive through and made me pull ahead and wait 10 minutes to come to my car and tell me they had put it in wrong so no sandwich. Had an appointment so no breakfast for me today

I never write reviews but I am in hopes that an owner sees it. When I pulled up to the drive through a woman (manager or supervisor) was SCREAMING at her employee, I believe it was a young girl I couldn’t see but I could hear her. The employee had made a mistake and the manager was screaming and disrespecting the worker for repeating the same mistake. That is NEVER appropriate no matter the frustration toward your employee. This is extremely distasteful and someone like that should not be in a position of authority. This incident was on 11/11 around or before 10 am.

Who doesn't love Dunkin and it's pumpkin time! Their sourdough grilled cheese sandwich is absolutely delicious! So are the breakfast wraps. Tummy yummys served all day!

Food and drinks are hit or miss mostly miss for the last year. This location is super close to my house, but I avoid it as much as possible. Most of the cooked food tastes like it was wash with a hose from someone's yard and the drinks are made wrong 90% of the time. I try to stick with just a large coffee light and sweet because anything more breaks brain cells. Not a fan.
Edit: just to confirm how bad it's there, I was served a steamed milk with some Macha powder sprinkled in it and 1" of cappuccino. Seriously, are they just high all the time? Can't hire anyone with more than a month of working experience? They asked me if there is a shot of expresso that goes with it, is there no instructions for these people? Who runs this dump? How in the hell is it still open.
