I visited this Dunkin' to see if they could help me fix my drink. I had gone to a different Dunkin' earlier, and my drink was too bitter. I wanted to see if they could add an extra pump of flavor to make it sweeter. The staff was extremely kind and fixed my drink, even adding extra ice and giving me a new lid. I am very grateful for their help. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the girl I spoke to, but she had blonde hair and, I believe, blue eyes. Overall,...

I do a lot of reviews. Most of them have been medium to terrible ratings. Well, Dunkin Donuts don't break your crown or lose your trophy. I'm happy to review the Karner Road location well worth the trip. Not so happy with Google maps. That's a separate review. Let's not mix up the service of one for the other. DD team outshined Google.
