Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Do not order takeout from here, my mother's chicken dinner was raw, she ate about 1/4 of it and was sick for a week and got a $25 gift card for her trouble.

The food tastes decent but the sodium content in the food is extremely high! I don’t recommend if you have high blood pressure. I had to brush my teeth twice after eating there just to remove the salt taste. Unfortunately not for me. Won’t eat there again.

Food is terrible, however I didn’t expect it to be good. The staff are friendly and fast. You will find yourself talking about the godfather, Italy, Catholic Church or something of that nature when they play Frank Sinatra, and other theme music.

Service was great went for lunch. Appetizer was very good artichoke & Cheese flatbread. Had the new Stuffed Chicken Marsala . Marsala sauce was very good ! Chicken was subpar, very tough , dry.

I ordered the chicken gnocchi soup to go. There was ONE singular piece of gnocchi ,in the ENTIRE soup. Might as well have been a bisque.

Was horrible.... God forbid you come in an hour before it closes....Got lunch size portion instead of dinner... Was half of what I got in Poughkeepsie a week before... Was told by my server that he hopes someone is making bread sticks because the three he brought was all that was left....mind you we have one child and three adults. The 3 adults that got the peach Bellini tea only got one each because they didn't have any more ...glad we were paying over $4 apiece for them 🤬..... And a small ass salad with no refill. The steak gorgonzola looked like it had been reheated....and the steak that was supposed to be medium rare was well done and they weren't making any more was told the kitchen was shutting down. Our waiter was to busy on his phone call through his earbud.... For a complaint.....was the worst experience I've ever had and probably won't be going back for a while ...... especially with the feeling I paid over a hundred dollars for what felt like leftovers.....hope someone reaches out to me because I used to love coming to Olive garden at least twice a month ... Now I don't think we will be going for a long time .... Totally ruined my opinion of this restaurant 😔

There is a waitress there that steals your tips, I am not sure if she is still working there now, because it’s being a long time. But this restaurant steals tips, do not eat here!

This is our second time at this particular olive garden. Food preparation and presentation was fine on each occasion and service is very friendly. However, it takes a long long time to receive food and management, please take note of this:

BATHROOMS ARE DISGRACEFUL.

- Built up grime in sinks
- No paper towels
- A severely clogged toilet
- Paper on the floors of each stall

I hope you can improve on the cleanliness factor and speed of service. It would make all the difference.

-Host is very unprofessional, it's the first image of your business representing the entire facility.
-elderly couple asked for an open table, they were told no. Then 10 mins later a different couple got that table. Neither party had reservations.
-asked for a booth, plenty open, other people seated in them.
-our server was quite pleasant, no complaints

30 minute wait for soup and salad, 15 minutes for second bowl...never got more water or breadsticks even after requesting them, no drink refills offered, 20 minute wait on the check to be told "you can do it yourself.
If the staff was half as attentive on the guests as the conversation is the work area behind the bar, it could have been an amazing experience.

Haven't been here in years. Very dark & dated inside. All smiles as we entered and greeted. Immediately was seated, which was a surprise due to the very full parking lot. Drinks went very well made. The appetizer was good (calamari). The main dish for me was shrimp scampi. Very little flavor. Breadsticks weren't cooked all the way and just had garlic salt in top. My girlfriend had soup & salad. She liked neither she tried. Chicken gnocti & zutpa pastana. Waitress was great. Very attentive.

Went there twice, I'm a single mom of twins with one daughter who has autism. I wanted to start going here regularly if I could because the first time I went here was absolutely perfect and the waiter was very patient, understanding, terrific and helpful. I wish I knew his name because he provided outstanding service. He bagged everything for me, went to my table multiple times to check how everything was going. Even gave my daughters two tablets to play on while we sat down and ate (this was also during a busier time of day). If I could I would request this waiter again in the future if he was ever on shift. The second time I went there, today, exact opposite experience. the waitress who waited on my table wasn't as helpful as the first guy and it was dead silent when I went in. Told me they had no other tablet to give my daughter who has autism when there was only a couple of other people besides me. Gave me the smallest boxes to pack everything myself and the thinest bags when we had a lot of food to take home. Told me those were the only boxes they carried when the other waiter before packed everything properly in bigger casing. I'd consider going more often if the waiter prior was always working if I'm being honest but either the one today was a trainee or she just didn't care enough to do it herself. Other than that the food is always great to me but sometimes I want to personally get out for the one day I'm available to.
