I was picking up my food and the to-go girl came out wearing a long sleeve shirt, no jacket or coat. She looked freezing I felt so bad for her. She was super friendly even though she looked miserable. Please let them wear coats or something that’s ridiculous that you would let employees freeze

I went with a group of five friends to the Wolf Road colony restaurant on November 15, 2025. We signed into the waitlist at 5:30. We’re told to come at six. When we arrived at six, they told us our weight would be an hour plus and they had no control over it. I am Mobility challenged and could not sit in a booth and requested a table or at least a bench table combination. We were then told by the hostess and the manager agreed they had one table that’s at six people, and if we were only willing to sit there it would be much longer wait We asked why 2 4 person tables could not be put together they said absolutely not. We asked if we could sit at the bench table combined, they said no, Our only option was the table that sat six people, and we would get it when it was available. After an hour, plus we we were finally sat at this chosen table for us as we walked by several other tables that were empty that were both chairs and bench combined. Our wait staff was wonderful. Our food was delicious. We watched the manager go from table to table, asking if everything was all right never once stopping at our table. All six of us left with the conclusion that because I had asked that I cannot be seated in a bench, we were penalized. They made it very clear several times that the only table that was acceptable for us was one table was six chairs. We all left feeling we were treated unkindly, rude, and very uncaring by the hostess and the manager of this restaurant. You had six adults in that restaurant all with families all of us who will think twice before we ever enter a outback steakhouse again. Gerrie

The service is good. The food is overpriced. The restaurant was basically empty compared to other restaurants in the area. We will not be back. Look at the size of the portions for a $70 meal for two people.

We got sat, the restaurant wasn’t too busy but not empty either. We sat there for around 15 minutes and no one came to get out drinks to give us water, nothing! Very disappointed

We called in to be put on the wait list and were told 25 minutes. We walked in, confirmed the reservation and said it was still going to be a bit. After waiting 50 minutes, we checked where we were in line and they said they couldn’t find our reservation, and that they couldn’t find our name. Mind blowing. Get it together.

I went to Outback Steakhouse on Halloween this year for the kids eat free part lol. I did a walk-in take out. The food was so so. I guess when you are seated the food taste much better. My child was never asked what she wanted to drink at all. I also had to turn around to order the drink and get it. The rewards password system was down. I didn't get my chance to get my free blooming onion unfortunately. It was very empty inside. I have been to Outback Steakhouse 3x's. For this to be the 3rd time. I will be taking a break for a while. My 1st two times i enjoyed the food overall and i was stuffed.
