If I could give 0 stars I would food is made poorly very rude staff between the drive thru register and kitchen shake on this place when u pay 50 dollars for 2 sandwiches and a salad u would think u would get good food let alone good service sorry to the manger and owner of this place

I wanted to have one of those new Asiago bagel stacks, but the kid behind the counter told me they had run out of those bagels. How in the world can you sell Asiago bagel stacks and not have the bagels?! I settled for the Frontega chicken sandwich on sourdough bread rather than the usual bread; the sandwich fell apart halfway through eating it. I would’ve given a lower rating but the chili, part of a “You Pick 2”, was good. Would not recommend.

So my experience, I went to get a bowl of soup and it was very cold outside very chilly. I said let me get a bowl of soup more myself up. I go through the drive-through got the soup. Everything was OK got home. My soup is full of just broth no carrots, a couple of noodles And I found two pieces of chicken. This happens all the time you pay so much for the soup and they always put nothing in it. I don’t know if they were closing. And that was the rest of the soup that was left and they gave it to me. Dirty utensils, dirty drink containers, it felt like i was in a dive bar. One of the associates used profane language. Definitely the worst Panera experience I’ve ever had. The also didn’t have ciabatta bread! Like come on guys!
