Did I just discover my new favorite spot for delicious Ramen?! Oh, yessss! Yes I did. My prayers have been answered. Killer, authentic ramen, right here in East Greenbush! Ordered the Karakuchi Ramen for take out and I’m happy to report it’s soooo delicious!I won’t bore you with my Ramen credentials, including the places around the world I have enjoyed Ramen. Trust me… I love Ramen and I know when it’s good.Can’t wait to return with my family to try their Poke. Plus a milk tea and some appetizers. If the chicken karaage is legit too, this might be my new favorite restaurant!Do yourself a favor, try Hawaii Poke and Ramen in EG, today!

I ordered the chicken udon Ramen and it wasn’t pleasing texturally and not that tasty to me. I asked if I can get something else and the manager and the other coworker were very pleasant and professional about it. They were courteous enough to allow me to exchange it for rice bowl instead which was more tasty and I liked it much better! Very nice people! So friendly and welcoming too!

Really good food but this restaurant DESPERATELY needs to get on GrubHub or DoorDash. Uber eats is a nightmare because your delivery person will cancel if they can make more money driving people to their destinations, and don't have to go into a mall to pick up the food. It took 3 cancelled delivery drivers to get my food. Please get on another delivery service app!

Ample bowl of decent noodles, although I asked for the spiciest they could provide and barely broke a sweat, it is the mall, so the fact there actually was some discernible heat is a huge plus. Having veggie options (I got the fried tofu ramen) is a big plus, and on the occasions when we're forced by happenstance to patronize the mall food court, this is now our go-to option.

I didn't like the food at all. I ordered "Thai Tofu Lover" poké bowl and it was just too sweet. The mango milk bubble tea was average. Wasn't worth the $19 I paid for. The staff was nice and friendly.

I love this place I go there every day to buy my drink since I work in the mall the staff is so sweet every day I'm reading with a smile. Who would think you could find Great service and amazing Ramen right in a Mall Food court, it's true, this might be one of my new favorite ramen places. They also have the famous tictok Onigiri, make sure you follow the package instructions to open them or watch a video first. I tried the spicy pork ramen, it had the perfect spicy level and was loaded with noodles. The salmon in the onigiri was very fresh. This is in a mall food court so it is loud and can have a bit of a wait. I did not try the boba tea but they looked delicious.

The waiter was extremely kind and helpful even though I'm sure he worked a long day ...the food was really good and really good quality as well. They even offered my mom extra shrimp to replace the avocado they didn't have for her bowl. The prices are really good ? 3 dollars ( about) for a large bubble tea . And two fifty for seaweed salad that's usually 6 where I live. Great place 10/10
