It was Mother's Day so the service was super slow, drinks came out with food. Server did his best to be apologetic but we didn't eat or drink for 50 min after sitting down

Dinner was very good, if you can afford it. Lobster was terrific. Waitress was efficient and fun. Little girl had her phone blasting with cartoons, but we survived. All in all a good time.

Overall nothing went terribly wrong but nothing stood out either. Our server didn't seem to have the personality for his profession, he seemed disengaged, perhaps an off night but I doubt it. He took our order, checked back before we took a bite and then we never saw him again until we were ready for the check. I would've loved more water while enjoying dinner but it was hard to come by; he was prompt when we first sat down but after that not so much. The decor hasn't seemed to have been updated in years, maybe decades...menu was lackluster in my opinion. Typical chain restaurant.

Our server was Kim S. She was kindly, quick, and efficient. Stopped back 4 or 5 times to see if we needed anything and was prompt to attend to our wishes. This lady needs a raise. Lol. Will most assuredly request her when we come back. We enjoyed our dinners but sad to hear the endless shrimp buffet had ended. Hopefully it will be brought back. Food was hot. Ordered shrimp two ways. Scampi abd coconut with fries. Hot but seemed salty. Server sucked, she never checked in and I had to run her down for cocktail sauce and take out. Just when I think it is safe to go back there,I get reminded about how they should have closed all these Red Lobsters. They just are not good anymore. Not a fan anymore!!! Service not good and nobody seemed to be tuned in. All wait staff off in space except for a few females who seemed to be carrying the load and well. Just not good. I am out!!!

We went on a double date for valentines night we had a reservation for 8PM we had to wait in our car for one hour, finally got call for a table that was small we couldn’t fit properly. Waited close to 30 mins for our drinks and close to one hr n a half for our food. The food was not good the mash potatoes was like out of a box, the lobster was try no seasoning also no romantic feeling to the restaurant at all no candles no rose on the table.

Made reservations for 2-14-25 got there had a female waitress flip her long braids hit me in my face. Then got told had to wait 30 mins to be seated. Then the same waitress had a friend come in and she had her manager allow her to seat him and his girlfriend before us or the very nice couple sitting on the bench... I called to speak to manager and they are absolutely unapologetic... I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE WOLF RD LOCATION. Learn to not over book and they all need more training. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
