This was a pretty awful lunch visit yesterday. No chips for any of the appetizers, no coffee either, weird. Was told it's made on demand but failed to ask if we would like some. Put my order in wrong. All we had was shrimp scampi and myself a Caesar salad with salmon. 20 minutes after ordering appetizers, I find out there is no chips. Why are we waiting so long? Why did it take 45 minutes to get our food? Margaritas were ok. Mostly tasted like sour mix.
The few lobsters in the tank were already dead when we got there, which made my 3 year old daughter very upset. When the waitress & hostess noticed her crying , they took one of the dead lobsters out of the tank and kinda did this "weekend at Bernie's" routine, where they puppeted the dead lobster as a funny character named "Rock Lobster", in an attempt to cheer her up. This initially worked, however, they did take it too far when they slowly lowered the lobster into an empty pot while the busboy hid behind the tank and made shrieking screaming sounds, as if the lobster was pleasing for its life. So the waitress tried to walk it back by saying "look! He is alive!" as she attempted to continue the routine. But now my daughter wanted to inspect the lobster, which was obviously dead. She freaked out big-time upon realizing it was dead. She has been non-verbal ever since, except for when she is having night terrors where she takes on the persona of "Rock Lobster", who's spirit possesses her. So of course we have her in therapy & the medications do help somewhat, as we navigate the fallout from this traumatic event. I originally deducted stars but gave 2 stars back after her latest prognosis indicated that it is not a certainty that she will be warped forever and we hold onto hope that she may be normal someday. However, I deducted a star again since "Rock Lobster" began obsessing over kitchen knives while my wife and I sleep. Next time, I am just going to get fast food.Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly I guess, but I would have rathered them just give my kid some crayons instead of the puppet routine with the lobster carcass.

Absolutely best food and service you could ask for!! Top notch.Flounder was the best I've ever had! We sat at the bar and the waiter was so attentive and had the best recommendations for foods and drinks. I forgot to ask his name but he had longer hair and he said he'd been working at Red Lobster for more than 5 years. I wish every waiter and waitress was this great!

Had the chowder, salad and biscuit lunch special. I’m a soup lover and the chowder didn’t disappoint. The salad was big with plenty of dressing and the biscuits were fresh, light and soft. Great lunch.

Our server was wonderful: he gave us honest suggestions, and was attentive to the particular needs of our table. With that said, my salmon was undercooked and slimy. The appetizers we ordered were okay, but not good enough to order again.

Sidney was an absolutely amazing waitress. Patient with my grumbly father knowledgeable about the menu and had a great attitude. Also Very pleased with the food as the cheddar biscuits were very fresh and warm. Just melted in the mouth. I got the bacon Mac entree and Sidney was able to accommodate my request to have lobster added to the Mac. Why red lobster doesn't have a lobster Mac is beyond me but that is just a minor thought. Everything truly was a pleasant experience and it was just lively enough but not so packed you couldn't hear yourself think. Would definitely come here again. Thank you so much for a great experience Sidney!
