Absolutely awful. The service was very slow, we ordered sweet potatoe fries and they never delivered them. It was very expensive for a plain burger with nothing special about it would not waste my time and money to go there again service was extremely slow. The servers talked more with their friends and they did with the customers. We went to the one on Wolf road.

Tried to come in the store to place an order, exterior door locked with no note on exterior door. Thought to try calling Google number, store is open just not opening doors. Saw multiple other customers give up and drive away from frustration. Very unprofessional. I'll drive to Clifton Park/Halfmoon in the future.

I ordered from Uber eats got a burger fries and a drink but the only thing I got was a smashed burger really living up to the name I quess and on top of that it was nothing but ketchup then went through the app to see what happened they refunded me 5 bucks which is a joke seeing they charge 3 for the drink and 5 for the fried very disappointed and will not buy from here again

The staff was very friendly and helped us order exactly what we wanted. Burgers and fries arrived fast and fresh. Portion sizes are decent...we did not leave hungry and also not over-stuffed. If we lived closer we would definitely go often.

Service, food, cleanliness. It's was all so good I felt like I was at an actual restaurant not a fast food type.The guy running it is doing a fantastic job as well. Everyone was pleasantly friendly.
Parking: There was plenty parking and seating outside for the dogs with us.

First time at a Smashburger. Found the burger to be pretty good, but nothing super special. However, the Smashtots were amazing. Ordered via the app and my order was ready on time and accurate. Would definitely come back again.

The Bacon Cheeseburgers are on the MONEY!!There were other eateries in the immediate vicinity but my goto was Smashburgers. My bucket list consist of having a cheeseburger everytime we travel, In or out the country. We ate here three times during our weekend stay and I'm glad we did.

I don't know how Smashburger stays in business. The prices are very high and have been that way before inflation hit. The burgers are mediocre at best and portion size here is lacking across the board. The Schenectady location closed years ago because of a lack of business. I wonder why?

The staff seemed to be struggling with the regular operation. I could not tell if they were still trsining or just not well trained. The food was OK, I like 5 Guys better. My son ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with no cheese. The sandwich was dry - no sauce, lettuce, tomotoes, or anything. The seasoned fries were very good.
Outstanding food and service. It was my first time and I'm French Canadian; the cashier explained every item I asked about and was very patient. Best burgers!
