All bad! Food was closed, service was slow and the manager was rude. Food was cold and old. The brioche bun was hard when tapped! Waiter told manager about our issue and he never came to speak to us. After 25 minutes we paid for our 2 sodas and left. Never again!

Food was awesome!! While the brisket grilled cheese is ordered was good, the pulled chicken and chicken fillet my wife ordered was bursting with flavor with just the right amount of char on the fillet!! I know what I'm ordering next time!!!

Tragically understaffed, but let's be honest, who's NOT these days? The ONE waitress that was on duty had a Herculean effort to try to keep up. Other than that, it was good.

We were thinking about sharing a drink, but bartender’s attire revealed cleavage when she was leaning forward, so it wasn’t the right vibe and we decided just to have tap waters. Our waitress was showering us with “honey/babies/sweetheart” stuff. When we politely corrected her, she only escalated, so we used the only tool we had, which was not leaving a tip. Our bill had significant overcharges and items we didn’t order and we had to wait for it to be removed. As far as food, it was really good, just what you would expect from the chain. We had nachos and European ribs.
The food was not bad, but overpriced and the service isn't great. I give it 2 stars because of the price, it's too expensive for being so mediocre.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We pulled up with a party of 10 ar about 8pm, mind you they don't close til 1am. The server comes and says that the manager said they couldn't take us because they only had 1 server. So I'm like if 5 people walk in, you would seat them. She's like I'm just going off what my manager said and then they asked the bartender if would help serve us and she also said no. Terrible experience and we were just passing thru. I guess our money wasn't good enough with only 5 tables seated on the whole restaurant. ????

It's been a while since I've visited Smokey Bones. I am glad we stopped in today after church. We were immediately greeted and seated. The restaurant was clean. Our server, Claudia was AWESOME! She was attentive, great energy which made for a pleasant visit. Kudos, Smokey Bones!
Parking: Free parking right outside the restaurant.
