We recently placed an order with your restaurant and specifically requested no tomatoes due to my husband's severe allergy. Despite this, the food arrived covered in tomatoes—rendering it completely inedible. We understand mistakes happen, but this was not a minor oversight. This could have become a serious medical issue, and it was certainly a waste of money and a major inconvenience. We’ve learned from this experience to clearly state "allergy" when making modifications in the future—but we were still shocked by what followed. When my husband called to express his frustration, the young woman who answered the phone not only dismissed the issue, but has since been leaving unprofessional, defensive, and frankly insulting responses to his Yelp review. She claimed he "screamed" at her—something I was standing right next to him for and can assure you did not happen. If she thinks that was screaming, she clearly hasn’t heard it before. Her tone online has been combative and immature. In today’s social media era, this kind of public behavior reflects extremely poorly on your business. Even if a customer is upset, your staff should never be trying to "one-up" them in public replies. Responding in a condescending and snarky way is not customer service. It's antagonistic. We're not saying customers are always right—but employees who represent your brand need to take the high road. Your current approach will not win customer loyalty; it will only drive people away. If I were the owner, I’d be embarrassed that this is the tone being used to speak to paying customers.

I came here on a Wednesday night and sat on the patio, app and drink specials were very reasonably priced and all of the food was so delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant for delicious authentic Greek food. We had hummus, gyro, gigantes, hot honey halloumi, dolmas, spinach pie and octopus, and every single dish was even better than the next

We love this place. Every time we come here the food is excellent. The chef is amazing. When we order take out, the staff behind the counter are so incredible. They double check our order to make sure we have everything and that what we ordered is the correct order. Every single time it is correct. They go above and beyond! It's so rare to find such great workers. I am beyond impressed. Will keep coming back here always. Thanks so much for your hard work and delicious food. =)

Claimed I had no money on my gift card when I never used it. They are thief's and their food sucks anyways! Lived in the area all my life never been here only went because had the gift card. Will never return. Go check out Athens Square Cafe on Larkfield road or Yeros in Saint James. Amazing Greek food at both of those locations!!!

Very salty food. Portions were nice size but were not super tasty and meat was too dry for. Greek food in Astoria, Queens is so much better. I felt very thirsty afterwards and had to drink more than 5 glasses of water. Felt bloated too.
Will not be coming back :(

This place is a disgrace to greek ppl they should be ashamed of themselves the food here was very salty way over priced people should not go here and they were very slow and I don't even see one greek person running this place ambiance was ok but the food just sucked super oiley the salad was not fresh. There are better places than this people should go down the road to twisted greek they do it right I'm just saying

Loved this place. We got there a few minutes before the final seating time. The food was delicious and generously portioned. Also, the signs on the walls are very amusing. Will be back!
