Told guy no mayonnaise and he realized he made a mistake ask his coworker what to do and she side eyed me and the server took my turkey off and scrape off the mayo and put turkey back on.His mistake..he should have giving me another roll.

I ordered mini bagels for a faculty breakfast and it was a huge success! Everyone commented about how delicious the bagels were and how the size was just right for our event. The egg bagels were in high demand, and for a special reason! They are truly delicious!! We pre ordered, so there was no wait time and our order was ready exactly at the scheduled time.

Ordered food at 10:48. They failed to put in an expensive order. Received 2 hours later . Called and was told they would not bring correct food .Previous owners amazing. These owners unprofessional and actually stole our money by not providing correct food or offering to correct it- despite receiptPLEASE USE RESTAURANTS THAT WORK HARD ARE ETHICAL AND DESERVE OUR COMMUNITY’s SUPPORT

I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. Just ordered a BLT on a roll with cheese - there is a BLT on the menu and a clear upcharge for roll and cheeses but then they charge me an extra $1.50 for bacon on my blt. When I asked them about it they said that's what it is and if I don't like it - dont come back. I just cant believe this is something the ownership would support and approve. Im seriously upset I now need to find a new breakfast place.

Just ordered breakfast from here. A scrambled egg on a bagel. The egg was a flat piece of over cooked rubber. I actually feed the egg to my dog and had to make eggs at home to put on the bagel.

My family is very picky and they only eat Bagel Basket's bagels. I personally love the egg bagels, I believe it is one of the best I've ever tasted!
How is it possible to mess up 2 eggs scrambled with cheese on a whole wheat wrap? They put the cheese on cold after the eggs, when I brought it back get cheese melted, she put my already bitten into wrap onto the panini press "Absolutely Gross" will never go back!!!! Cheese is still not melted ,wrap is hard and they just cross contaminated the panini press... Update to your response by me on 8/29/23 - It 100 % did happen at this location, which means your review was as bad as your public health and safety concerns. That is frightening. It was the middle aged woman who works the main counter during lunch You are also calling me a liar which I don't appreciate. I was a chef, have a culinary school background as well as NYC and Federal food sanitation certifications. Nothing half eaten should should touch anything except the garbage period. Major cross contamination violation. Properly train your staff before they get someone really sick!!!!
