I come here from time to time and I have enjoyed their food, but I always loved the service, the smiles. I called in an order today. When I went in , I told the lady behind the counter i was here for a phone order. She just looked at me and continued to make a coffee. And while she had her back to everyone making coffee, she was reading texts on her watch and talk texting back. Really annoying when you haven't even told anyone I was here for a phone order pickup. I think you better remind your employees that customers come before a text conversation at work.

Shady tactics. Not bad enough paying almost $10 for an bacon egg cheese sandwich which was suppose to come with coffee. Was charged an additional $3.50 for the coffee. After some thought on why my bill was so high, i Went back and was told the coffee charge was an oversight. Yeah right.

So many bad reviews, had a bad experience myself and figured lets give another try! They take the order correct they charge for flavored cream cheese but give you plain. Everything is overpriced, which is OK if you get better food and service. What a waste. Got two of the 4 items correct. Messed up my morning. It wasn't for me, which is why I'm even more pissed off. Plenty of bagel places around.

If I could give no stars I would. My coworkers and I ordered 4 bagels. 43$ and there was almost no cream cheese. The lox bagel was lox less. They were thin and burnt. We didn’t even eat them. So disgusting and disappointing. Will never ever order again.

There are other bagel shops within a five minute drive that are both better bagels and cheaper as well. I got a bagel with cream cheese and it cost over $6. Other bagel spots I can get a bacon egg and cheese for $7. The bagel itself wasn't anything special (wasn't bad but it wasn't any better than other nearby spots, and especially not for the price).

This placed used to be great in 2020/2021. I understand prices are going up but for me to spend almost $20 for a bagel with butter, half a pound of broccoli and a small iced coffee, when I get the same thing at Town Bagel for not even $9 should open their eyes to whether they are increasing for the needs of the business or taking advantage of their customers. Plus, one of the women at the register saw my broccoli and made a disgusted face. Great customer service!

Unfortunately the bagel that i asked to be toasted came untoasted and the scallion cream cheese had a strange soapy taste to it that lingered in my mouth and made everything i drank/ate afterwards taste like soap (to be clear, I have had scallion cream cheese from other bagel shops before and never had this issue) I understand that times are tough right now, but over $9 for a bagel with cc and a bottled drink is doing too much especially when the bagel was made incorrectly and the creamcheese made me nauseous from how strange it tasted. That being said, the workers are very kind and even though my order wasn't right I still appreciate their kindness

$9 for a ham, egg and cheese on a roll. After the price shock I realized the ham I added was $3.50. Ok fine, at least I’ll get a nice portion of ham on this absurdly over priced breakfast sandwich. Nope, just 1 thin slice of deli meat. C’mon guys. There’s inflation and then there’s just taking advantage of your customers.
