Toasted buttered bagel and they wrapped it like an regular one, no aluminum. What a mess. I had to throw out the bagels. Morons. Keep driving 2 minutes to find a better place.

$9.20 for an BEC sandwich is highway robbery!! It doesn’t even come with a coffee!! And this was the “cash” price. This place should be embarrassed to charge that amount of money. I walked out and I’ll never walk back in. With an abundance of bagel stores and delis in the area, this is just ridiculous.

Reply to owner: Then you should train your staff to give customers the correct information. I asked the cashier if that price included coffee, she said no.

The bagels aren't made fresh. They must freeze them and defrost them because every time I've come here at 6 am, the bagels are ice cold

This is the worst service bagel store in America. 45 min wait to get a bagel. Chaos and no one has any idea what they’re doing. Try a different location.

Every time I go here, I really enjoy what I had. Coffee is excellent and the people that run this place are very nice. The shop is clean and the price is right.

Amazing service they are very welcoming

I had a BLT on a bagel today and it was outstanding! My son had an egg sandwich, he enjoyed his meal also. Prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back!

The staff here is so incredible. There has never been a time that I’ve ordered boiled eggs at a bagel shop, that the shop offered to make the eggs fresh for me, I always get the cold, salad eggs. Bagel Toasterie offered that service to me this morning, and I appreciated it so much. Great food, warm staff, and amazing service. 10/10 recommend

Visited this bagel place. First off had a terrible experience. They took forever to make my order and they forgot half of it. The employees are not capable of getting things correct. While waiting they made errors on 4 separate orders. As for quality of food. The bagels are just baked , being somone who has grown up eating bagels these were not the worst i have eaten but very close. I dont think they have trained the personal correctly and lack the equipment to make a proper ny style bagel. Maybe if I stop in I'll try the French toast or pancakes which probably be as cold to eat as the egg sandwich I had.
