bro, this joint sucks… ordered from here with expectations that it’d be the same food and customer service quality as the farmingville location, but it straight up wasn’t.

i legit said soft bacon and a toasted roll, and went home and opened up burnt bacon and an untoasted roll 😔

I definitely recommend it to everyone, the store is so clean and food is amazing ! Noor is absolutely amazing too! She’s always so sweet, hardworking, and full of positive energy. No matter how busy it gets, she stays kind and helpful to everyone. You can tell she really loves what she does — she’s the heart of this place! I had an outstanding experience at Mayfair Bagel Café in Commack! The bagels are always fresh, the food is delicious, and the café is spotless. What really made my visit unforgettable was the above-and-beyond customer service from Ken.

Ken went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect with my order and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in making customers happy. His friendliness and attention to detail are a big reason why I’ll keep coming back.

How is it that u ask for scrambled eggs that’s on the menu and adds tomato that I get an omelette with no tomato? Also asked for scooped out bagel.. nope that did t happen. I asked 3 times to ensure the right order and he kept saying ok but I didn’t receive anything like I ordered

Toasted buttered bagel and they wrapped it like an regular one, no aluminum. What a mess. I had to throw out the bagels. Morons. Keep driving 2 minutes to find a better place.

$9.20 for an BEC sandwich is highway robbery!! It doesn’t even come with a coffee!! And this was the “cash” price. This place should be embarrassed to charge that amount of money. I walked out and I’ll never walk back in. With an abundance of bagel stores and delis in the area, this is just ridiculous.

Reply to owner: Then you should train your staff to give customers the correct information. I asked the cashier if that price included coffee, she said no.

The bagels aren't made fresh. They must freeze them and defrost them because every time I've come here at 6 am, the bagels are ice cold
