Got there 7 minutes before closing, Johnny there was rude and told us to go somewhere else.

I’m being generous with this one star. Make sure you send an email, a telegram, a parade if you have allergies. I requested vanilla ice cream, but could clearly see that it was contaminated with some other ice cream once I was in my car. I go inside to let the server aware that the ice cream he gave me was contaminated ice cream with something else and he says it was chocolate, but there’s no way to know because next to the vanilla ice cream was rocky Road which contains almonds which is also chocolate. And then he proceeds to say, “you shouldn’t go out then if your son has allergies”. (As if allergies is a reason to be secluded from the world). And then the other worker says there is a sign about allergies on the Dunkin side. So if you just go to baskin robbin side apparently there is no sign. Moral of my review, the staff clearly don’t care about cross contamination. So if you have allergies be aware that you are at risk if you get ice cream from this facility.

Best ice cream. Many flavors. I've been using this locations for close to 35 yrs.Best birthday cakes.

Nasty and rude owner! I simply asked for a bag for my $30+ ice cream cake. When I was told there are no bags for the ice cream cakes, I pleasantly asked for one of the DD/BR bags they were using for the donuts. The response I received, in a very nasty way, was "I dont think you understand me....we don't have bags for the cakes". Poor customer service!

The staff was rude and unhelpful. One guy turned his back on me and wouldn't help and the other one could barely put his phone down long enough to ring up a sale. There are enough other ice cream stores around that I don't need to go here.

Zero stars. The hot fudge was watered down, and the ice cream does not taste fresh. Also the servers were rude. I am definitely reporting this franchise to corporate.

I ordered a kids vanilla hot fudge sundae. The hot fudge was soupy, and the server refused to give me a refund. He explained that I ate most of the sundae when in fact I only had a couple of tastes. So that’s $7.59 wasted.There were four individuals in the store, and two of them were rude to me. The first one ignored my request for a flavor sample, and the second one did not give me a refund.I seldom come to this location and will never come back.

it was okay but some things were unsatisfactory, they didn’t have the flavor of the month which I’m not too mad about but they absolutely smushed one of ice creams, making it a mess .

Zero stars! I was trying to decide betw a candy covered cake and a regular ballon cake. I spoke to Craig and he said the candy would be $5 extra, so I opted for the $54 balloon sheet cake. When I went to pick it up, an extremely rude woman told me it was $60 and when I tried to tell her my conversation with Craig, she didn’t even want to listen and threatened to take away the cake if I didn’t want it or complained any further. I have never seen such an ill mannered, uncaring, unprofessional individual before. If she is an employee, she should be fired. If she is the owner, she should lose business for her atrocious attitude towards her customers!

Went to Baskin-Robbins around 3:30 pm today. The girl working there got my mother’s order wrong and when my mother pointed it out the girl insisted my mother had ordered something else. She had a bad attitude about it, as if my mother was in the wrong. When she finally made the right order she just handed it to my mother without a word and moved on to the next customer. Just poor customer service all around.

Best Baskin Robbins in the area. Cleanest place with most flavors

I went to the baskin Robbins to buy icecream for4 of us.After I stood on-line for awhile,the owner told me I wason the wrong line,that I could only get donuts on his line!I asked why I have to standin a different line.Well he got all nasty about it. So I had to go stand on the icecream line.While I was waiting,he got into a verbal argument with another lady.So I am still waiting to get helped and here comes the owner and he says"what do you need?I said first of all,you have chill out. Then he became a little nicer when he saw all I was ordering.I almost walked out,but my friends wanted the icecream.Also they only had vanilla and it tasted like crystals were in it.I did not care for it.

It's ice cream at Baskin Robbins! What could be bad? The ice cream is creamy, flavorful and delish! Good toppings. Friendly service. Definitely worth stopping on the way home to cool off with a cold treat!
