Management here is terrible. I called this morning, requesting to place an order for a dozen specialty donuts for Halloween for a dozen kids. I was told I do not need to place an order, as they will have the donuts in stock. When I arrived, the Customer immediately in front of me ordered all the donuts that I wanted to buy. I requested the same donuts, and was told they're sold out. I then complained that I tried to place an order early this morning for those donuts, and they refused to take one. The manager took no accountability. The female manager refused to give me her name.In short, customers at this location are not valued.

Zero stars. The hot fudge was watered down, and the ice cream does not taste fresh. Also the servers were rude. I am definitely reporting this franchise to corporate.

I ordered a kids vanilla hot fudge sundae. The hot fudge was soupy, and the server refused to give me a refund. He explained that I ate most of the sundae when in fact I only had a couple of tastes. So that’s $7.59 wasted.There were four individuals in the store, and two of them were rude to me. The first one ignored my request for a flavor sample, and the second one did not give me a refund.I seldom come to this location and will never come back.

My aunt came with her two kids and my grandma. The manager there, an older white lady yelled at the kids as they went to use the bathroom. My aunt told her they were just going to use the restroom and she said the store is not a playground. She had no right to yell at little children without cause. Just wanted to let other people know with kids to not go here.

If I could give no stars I would . The little girl with purple hair was so rude from the jump. I asked for cake she looked at me with a stupid face . I asked what flavor she said white , like don't be smart ass . Someone needs to put her in check

EVERYONE from the owner to manager as well as employees are disrespectful, racist and rude!! I'm disabled with so many co occurring illnesses. One of which is Lupus which attack's the body. As a result my bowels are inflamed and I have the lupus rash on my face. I go in to use the bathroom I'm not even in for more then 5 minutes and 3 times they bang on the door. I come out and apologize and start leaving when a female employee gives me an attitude saying ur not even buying anything and you used the bathroom? I said there's nothing stating I have to buy something and I asked you beg I did. Both her and another young man just start yelling at me and saying disrespectful things. I asked the manager for the names and cooperates number. He proceeded to yell get out of I'll call the police. I told him go ahead I just wanted their name's he picked up a stack of cup holder's and threatened to hit me in my face then he threw my drink across the floor. I called the police and waited the female called her brother who is gay and said he can beat me up and get away with it because he's gay it would be girl on girl. I got up to get a drink to take my medicine and the BIG male employee ran up on me and pulled me and my bag backwards. When I spun around to get free of him he threw himself on the floor and said great you hit a minor. Four people against me!! I have heart issues, a weak heart, I've had tumors removed, I've been on live support with a 5% chance of survival and septic had to learn to walk again. For these people to say because I'm black I'm uneducated and was probably doing drugs in the bathroom!! I'm a Registered Nurse!! I've been a CNA at 16, LPN at 18 then finally got my RN degree and because of the rash on my face I'm accused of being an uneducated black person on drug's? I really thought when the owner came he would have reviewed the footage before anything but no he kicked me out and I was told NEVER to come back again and a ticket for court even though I was assaulted. I really hope they don't delete the footage and that however can stand with me and boycott this establishment.... Thank you for taking the time to read my experience....L

it was okay but some things were unsatisfactory, they didn’t have the flavor of the month which I’m not too mad about but they absolutely smushed one of ice creams, making it a mess .

When I went to pick it up, an extremely rude woman told me it was $60 and when I tried to tell her my conversation with Craig, she didn’t even want to listen and threatened to take away the cake if I didn’t want it or complained any further. I have never seen such an ill mannered, uncaring, unprofessional individual before. If she is an employee, she should be fired. If she is the owner, she should lose business for her atrocious attitude towards her customers!

Went to Baskin-Robbins around 3:30 pm today. The girl working there got my mother’s order wrong and when my mother pointed it out the girl insisted my mother had ordered something else. She had a bad attitude about it, as if my mother was in the wrong. When she finally made the right order she just handed it to my mother without a word and moved on to the next customer. Just poor customer service all around.

It was amazing, they had any type of ice cream topping you could think of, cookie sandwiches, pints of ice cream, and ice cream cakes. The staff there was amazing they gave me extra donuts and talked to my daughter. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Please if you are looking for a nice dunkin to go to, GO TO THIS PLACE RIGHT NOW!

Ok I'm really not one to complain unless I feel I need to BUT.... I normally go to a different Dunkin' and never have issues. Tap water should be free in my opinion and every time I go to Starbucks or that other Dunkin' I get a big ice cup of water. I don't even mind paying for the cup if asked. When I asked for tap water with the two $4 coffees that I purchased I was given what looked like a kids ice cream cup with warm water in it. I asked for an iced coffee cup with ice and water please but they said they can't do that I have to buy a bottled water and then they can give me a cup with ice and a straw... no idea why they couldn't just put tap water in it or even give me the cup to fill it myself. So $3 for a bottle water it is. Next time I'm in the area I'll be stopping at the Starbucks.. At least my coffee tasted ok.

I went to the baskin Robbins to buy icecream for4 of us.After I stood on-line for awhile,the owner told me I wason the wrong line,that I could only get donuts on his line!I asked why I have to standin a different line.Well he got all nasty about it. So I had to go stand on the icecream line.While I was waiting,he got into a verbal argument with another lady.So I am still waiting to get helped and here comes the owner and he says"what do you need?I said first of all,you have chill out. Then he became a little nicer when he saw all I was ordering.I almost walked out,but my friends wanted the icecream.Also they only had vanilla and it tasted like crystals were in it.I did not care for it.
