I stopped in the evening to grab dinner for my family as it was a long day for us. Place was dirty, food display glass was uncleaned, employee on the phone not attentive to customer, had to call several times to get her attention. On the food counter there was cleaning products and was not taking cards. not the best experience. It is sad that the location in Islip closed.

I came here today to pick up an Uber order, the lady working here was extremely rude and unprofessional. She took about 3-4 minutes to even acknowledge I was inside the store. Then she couldn’t find the Uber order so she told me they just didn’t have any gravy at all; which was a lie because I saw it. I had the customer call the store, along with Uber support and I stood inside while the phone rang about 6 times and she just ignored it. They were not busy, there wasn’t one other person in the restaurant at the time. Zero stars.Side note, the restaurant was extremely unwelcoming. It was super hot and muggy inside, floors were greasy and the whole store seemed dirty. I would never come here to get food for myself.The woman working here also had the back emergency exit door propped wide open, allowing flies and all sorts of bugs from outside come in.Update: was sent here the other day for another Uber order way before closing time, there was a messy note written on the back of a receipt taped to the door saying they closed early because they ran out of chicken.This is by far the worst location of Boston market.No chicken, no gravy? Closing early?Get it together or close down so a better restaurant can open up.

absolutely never again. ordered takeout. my chicken was ice cold. the mashed potatoes looked like vomit. the cornbread was stale. i can't believe i wasted my hard earned money on this. my poor dogs who eat anything wouldn't even eat this. complete waste = like throwing your money in the dumpster. garbage food. stay away . place should just call it quits and shut down

We went there to get a dinner for 4. They told us no Turkey and no mashed potatoes. They gave us uncooked red potatoes. The Mac and cheese was watery, no taste, the corn muffins tasted under cooked. I will never go here again. We spent $50.00 wasted. So bad we threw it out. Horrible!!

I sure do miss my local Boston market..I can't go here no more because of their unhealthy habits...I went in.the kid carving the chicken had his elbow on the cutting board waiting around for next order..ummm no thank you.i walked out. I would rather not have any skin flakes or elbow hair on my food...I do wish bm. Will send new management there and clean this place up...sure do miss my meatloaf...I just don't get a good vibe from this place....

Wish I could give service and atmosphere zero stars. The guy hauling trash as I pulled in took my order. I said * I saw yououtside, did you was your hands?* He said, No, but I wasn't going to touch food" as he tapped the touchscreen register (《handled 2 secs later by another, gloved gloved staff member who immediately returned to food prep with her now germs gloved)....I paid by credit card,, putting my cash away so I would not have to handle his change (before eating!) And as I waited for food, there was no diet anything in the fountain, but when I told him he said "why can^t you have a coke?; Yes I had to explain that this has sugar and the gloved food prep lady stopped handling chicken to refund me with cashand after punching out of the germs screen, you guessed it, went back to prepping chicken in the same glovds. I rinsed the change on the bathroom and wish I didnt...it was a slum! Pandemics are made at restaurants like this. Please attend I Infection Control Nd Safe Food Handling 101! Everyone else- stay away!!@@

Place was filthy. Every table dirty. Floor sticky, wall paper falling down. Sandwich bread was hard as a rock. Sandwich missing stated ingredients. Mac and cheese was runny and cold. Similar issues in the past, but decided on second chances. Not anymore. Not going back. Simply awful and has been for a while now.

I went and ordered a Family of 4 chicken meal!! The mashed potatoes looked like grits, the gravy looked like chicken soup watery! Corn muffins were flat and hard!! Spent $44.00 for the most horrible meal! So don’t bother going here to get horrible food!!!!! And throw in the garbage,
