This is the best Burger King location that I frequently visit and dine in with my family because the food is always fresh and most importantly, the service is excellent. The manager Sandra is usually there in the late afternoons for dinner time and she's always so pleasant with a smile, and will even bring your order to you to the table. The other worker that works with her is also friendly and always smiling. It's really nice to see such hard working staff at a Burger King franchise. Something you don't really see these days. I really appreciate their dedication and superb customer service. They deserve recognition and a raise! Thank you Sandra!

Great customer service! I used the app for the first time to take advantage of a special offer. I found it annoying to have to order on the app to get the discount, but did so anyway. When I went to pick it up, I found out I had ordered to the wrong location. It was cold and rainy that night, and the woman helping me, named Sandra, was wonderful in replacing my order at no additional cost. There are still nice people in the world!

it takes a lot for me to post a negative review, but my last experience at this location was terrible. Of the 9 items I ordered, 6 were made wrong. when I got to the window to pick up my mobile order the woman working the drive-through asked me what I ordered, even though the order was placed through the app. After receiving my food I noticed a few mistakes and when I asked for her to fix them she was rude and dismissive and did nothing to fix the order. I'll never go here again

The location was very clean however what’s up with the onion rings? They seem like fake food. Usually when you bite into an onion ring you see an onion. It’s just fried rings of breadcrumb like substance.

I went through the drive thru, the woman was patient and repeated everything back to me. When I got to the window to pay she smiled and gave me 2 crowns for my children in the backseat. I made a large order and had to wait a few minutes which was fine. The woman that gave me my order (manager, maybe) smiled and was patient while I looked through my bag to make sure everything was there. I made a few alterations and when I got home to check everything (no mayo, no sauce, zesty sauce on the side) was perfect.

As far as fast food goes, more of a takeout place but they do have seats and this place was clean service was fast and polite. What else can you ask for.

I ordered the Wopper Wednesday. I wanted to put extra ketchup. What I got was steemed Hamburger no grill marks. It was gross . Apparently they have a separate container where they steam You're whopper in a steamer You don't even grill. It's right above the prep station.
