They gave me the wrong food after I questioned what looked to be incorrect burgers. The restaurant then proceeded to not pick up the phone so I could alert them to the mistake. Go elsewhere!

On 12/30/2023 at 8:30 pm, my wife and I visited the Burger King (Store #1023) at 6021 E. Jericho Turnpike, Commack NY 11725. My wife went inside and ordered the $22 bundle (2 Whoppers, 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches, 2 8-piece nuggets). My wife specified that she wanted freshly made sandwiches instead of the premade ones under the heating lamps. The manager, whose last name was Multani (I may have the spelling wrong), took the order but did not seem happy about the request. Food was made and bagged without any issues and we went straight home. In the middle of eating, a piece of lettuce fell out of one of the Original Chicken Sandwiches that my wife was eating. The lettuce was dark in color; it had a blackish tint to it. Needless to say, my wife was disgusted and feared eating any more would cause some sort of stomach problems. We started checking all the sandwiches and both of the Original Chicken Sandwiches had black lettuce.My wife called the Burger King immediately and someone did pick up the phone but it was then hung up or disconnected. My wife called a second time and the same thing happened. We took pictures and drove back to the location and found that the dine-in was already closed (approximately 9:15 pm). We went into the drive-thru and were greeted by the same manager. Upon telling the manager of the situation, we were appalled at how the manager responded; she told us "We don't make the lettuce here." Both my wife and I were dumbstruck at what this manager just said. We tried to tell the manager that we just picked up the food at 8:30 pm but her next response was even more ludicrous. She said, "You probably went somewhere else; it was not this store."At this point, I had heard enough and decided that I was not going to argue with a fool. I left the location because I refused to deal with a person who was so poorly trained in customer service that they were accusing the customer of not ever coming to the location. Like I have nothing better to do with my time than to falsely make accusations against a business establishment. The manager never asked me if I had a receipt (which of course I did have); she never showed even an ounce of concern. She just blatantly dismissed what we were saying. Having questionable food is one thing but having a manager dismiss your concerns with accusations is a whole new level of disgust.I will not be going back to this location to deal with this manager. I would like a district area manager to reach out to me.

Workers are slower than Christmas & always have attitudes every single time I ever came, not only that but the food is terrible here compared to any other Burger King, seems like they purposely give me the oldest fries they have. They get frustrated with me when The app doesn’t work ONLY at this location. TRASH. BASURSA

ordered on Uber eats it said store was open and that they close at 3:00am I placed an order around 1 am and they said the food was being made and every time a driver went to go pick it up they would cancel I found out later around 3:00am that the store closed at 1 am.... so I ended up not getting my food

Very inattentive worker, who kept looking our way, yet ignored us for a few minutes. There was one order on the screen, and she took her sweet time with it before she finally took our order. She looked very unhappy, and I was intimidated by her.

Terrible experience. I placed an order on Uber eats for pick up and when I went to pick up they never opened the door. The lady just stared at me and my hungry kids and didn’t even bother to acknowledge us! Never coming back to this location!
Not only did the lady at the drive thru rude as all hell and nasty. I get home about 15 minutes after to find a HAIR IN MY BURGER. I WILL NEVER come back here.

UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS!!!! I keep getting orders here from Uber/DoorDash and when I get to the store it’s CLOSED at midnight but the hours on google say it’s supposed to be open till 2am. I’ve pulled up here at 11:58 and the workers are gone. I came here tonight at 1:10am and again, closed. Google says 2am….
