They don't have an updated schedule, it says they close at 9 pm, I arrived at 8 pm and they didn't serve me.

I've been coming here for well over 10 years or so. Food has always been great, staff always friendly, and always fairly priced. This will always be my favorite burrito place.

Probably the grossest food ive eaten in a while. I ordered the Burrito Loco with Chicken NO Salsa. I dont know where to start, 1st thing i noticed was it was cold then i bite into it its loaded with tomatos and onions, i specifically asked for tomatoes/onions- no salsa, then its so soggy it feels raw, i had to upwrap it to see exactly what i ate, the grilled chicken was hard dried up small pieces i think of chicken. The whole thing just Horrible. Safe to say that will be the last time i order from there.

I ordered three desserts through uber eats and only got two, their churros needs more sugar and cinnamon on the outside but it's pretty crunchy, i'd get the barbacoa quesadillas again
I’m disappointed. I ordered a breakfast burrito bowl, and specifically asked for sausage instead of bacon, as I can’t eat bacon. Unfortunately the bowl had bacon bits all over it, on top of the sausage, as well.
I also ordered a tortilla salad for lunch, and the lettuce was wilted, soggy, and there were several hard ends of the lettuce in the tin.

I ordered a fajita platter and I got white rice yellow rice loads of peppers onions and mushrooms but the chicken was scarce and minimal; not worth the money. However they do carry a refreshing raspberry iced tea. Won’t be returning
I have been occasionally ordering from here for the last 5 years. Something is always messed up but I just deal. This past Tuesday, my kids wanted taco tuesday. I ordered 50 dollars worth of food. I specifically told the young lady on the phone that my kids have allergies and please only beef and cheese on all the tacos- super easy request. I asked he another question about pricing she had 0 clue- she was helpless.
I picked it up, got home evrything was incorrect. My kids couldn't eat anything because it was saturated with soggy lettuce tomatoes and sour cream. I was also missing an entire meal.
I called and asked to speak to the owner who refused to get on the phone. The young man on the phone said best he can do is come get it or 20 percent off your next order. He even knew how messed up it was and said i'm sorry please don't yell at me i'm the messenger. I told him have the owner call me tomorrow- one week later nothing.
Absolutely disgusting way to run a business- clearly customers don't mean much to you. You should of delivered fresh food- we will not be returning. Extremely unprofessional and they do not care about customer satisfaction.

I have placed an order here online twice now while the website said it was open only to go there and the store be closed. The first time it happened it had a sign. That said, unfortunately we are closed on Tuesdays for the foreseeable future, okay fine I can forgive that. Maybe they couldn't get the website to reflect something that seems to be a localized issue. Now I have ordered on a Wednesday. There is no sign outside saying that the hours are changed, and there was a guy inside seeing me at the door who just didn't come up to me and maybe explain why this restaurant is still closed even though the front door says it's open. I have now been screwed out of two lunch breaks. My time has been wasted so good job burrito loco because you are loco if you think I am going to get screwed over a third time.

Thank you for replying, however I don't see myself returning as there are multiple burrito places that I can go to instead that I've not had a problem with. As far as the refund, I still haven't gotten the refund from the PREVIOUS visit where you were closed on Tuesday let alone the most recent visit. I need this to be resolved ASAP before even thinking about becoming a returning customer.

Tried to order dinner on Friday night at 638 pm, Was turned down and said they’re not taking orders and closing at 7. Great job Burrito loco!!! Only think loco is their hrs!!!!
