Little hole in the wall burrito place. Food is good but at times inconsistent. Been there when I had the best burrito ever and the next time just average. Fresh self serve condiments. Definitely recommend

Food was below mid, burrito was all rice and had no flavor, chips were slightly stale, I wanted to like it but really wasn’t worth the money I spent. Maybe it’s because I ordered on Uber eats but that shouldn’t make a difference at all. Best thing was the nacho cheese but it’s gotta be impossible to mess that up.

DO NOT DELIVER FROM THEM THEY ARE INVADING YOUR PRIVACY! I came to pick up my order for Uber eats, and they asked me to sign I put an X. I have been in there four times before and did the same exact thing I do not put my signature. I took the food and as I tried to walk out, the manager called me back and said he needed my signature. I explain that I don’t put my signature down. You don’t need my signature. He said it’s his store. It’s his policy, I’m not allowed to take the food unless I put my signature. I explain that’s an invasion of privacy. You do not need my signature. He said if I walked out with that food without signing that would be stealing I gave him back the food and told him I would be calling Uber support because you’re not allowed to refuse a delivery because of their own new store policy. It has not been approved by Uber. It’s not in the notes and therefore we do not have to abide by it he told me that since I would not sign, I am BANNED from his store. I am not allowed to ever pick up a delivery from them ever again I wonder if I was white would he have said that probably not he probably would’ve let me walk out of there, but because I’m black, he said it. I called Uber support and let them know what happened and they agreed with me that he had no right to deny my order or to ban me from his store. I will never be going back there because I honestly think he’s racist. That’s the only reason why he gave me such a hard time. I’ve been in there four times and signed an X no one ever refused a delivery for me until tonight why because I’m black if I was a white girl with blonde hair and blue eyes, He wouldn’t of cared. What is he doing with those signatures? How do I know its not something illegal? the food the store and the people are not worth any of this aggravation don’t waste your time they all SUCK!?

Burrito loco has been best Mexican place in Commack for years, I’ve never been disappointed by this place. I highly recommend all of the birria dishes
I dont know why my bag was soaking to the point where all the food fell out but thats just the start, soggy tacos that i couldn't even eat like tacos, had to put them in a bowl and eat with the chips, the quesadilla had pieces that didn't even have chicken in it !! Cinco de mayo let down

I really enjoyed lunch at the restaurant last week. The staff was super friendly. I enjoyed a burrito Barbacao it was super. Debbie the cashier made me laugh and feel welcomed.

Me and my family went to eat at Burrito Loco in Commack and really enjoyed the food and the environment. Everyone was so nice and the food was delicious and very flavorful. If your craving Mexican food this is the place to go.

Really good food! The burritos and bowls are big and flavorful. The beef was juicy and cooked perfectly. I came with a big group and all of our food came out in a timely manner. For vegans, the beans and rice are vegan. The different salsas are all really good, and some are actually quite spicy.
