Service was great but there was hair in my food and Roach crawling on bathroom wall and when i told employee they looked at me with weird face and said they will handle it. they gave me a new plate of food but still I was scared to eat it

I don't normally eat fast food but my daughter was going to Cabo to get food and I said I'd join her and try it. I got a Baja bowl with seared tuna it was delicious! And they give you so much food! I'll definitely be back!! Prices were pretty good too..

Been coming here for years and the food is always great. Unfortunately just a couple weeks ago they implemented some changes to pricing and portions. They give very small amounts of cheese and when asked to just put a little more they say it’ll cost extra. I get charging extra for more meat but cheese? I also asked for a small cup of mango salsa on the side and they said it would be a dollar extra which again had me confused… I had stuck with this place because of issues with portions at chipotle but at this point I’m questioning it. I don’t know if it’s new management or what but it would be a shame because their food is so good.

Great spot my fiancé and I try to go here at least once a week when we don’t feel like cooking.
We find it’s a healthier tastier option than similar restaurants that have a similar concept.

I never post anything about restaurants, but this has been on my mind all week. I came here to eat a few days ago, a short guy attended me (I’m attaching his photo that I found in other comments), and he made me feel very uncomfortable with the way he looked at me. My friend who stayed outside told me that this person kept staring at me as I was leaving, and it really scared me that she also noticed he was looking in a very creepy way. I think customers should be treated with more respect because I felt sexualized and uncomfortable up until today.

Steak was overcooked to the point of being inedible. Rice was okay at best. The dish I ordered did not come with peppers, nor did I order peppers, yet there was a pile of them on top of the rest of the food. Probably the worst peppers I’ve ever had.
