I ordered door dash from this location and called ahead to ask for a special instruction because they don’t have the option on DoorDash. She denied my request, and she refused to remake my SMALL shake that would take a minute to make again. the girl who picked up the phone and treated me like a jerk. She was incredibly mean and lazy.

Nice friendly courteous service. Price is out of control, but that seems to be status quo for today's day and age. $20.+for 4 of the smallest ice creams. (1 small soft serve cone, 3 small kids cups) I could have bought 3 half gallons of ice cream for that.

I have been going to this location for many years with my daughters , but recently we feel the prices have gone up which is everywhere and portions have gotten smaller. I ordered a kids size today and my cup was not even filled to the top. This has happened many times recently.

The Dark green icing cream colour of the cake was so strong that all ten guests and ourselves had Dark green lips; mouth ; fingers and nails. It was so bad that , Inspite of washing with soap , it didn’t go away. Bummer -Everyone had dark green stools for continuously 3 days & some guests faced upset stomach including me . After informing Ms.May, all I got was an unapologetic sorry.Definitely never ordering from here again. Not recommended!!!!

Kind of baffled I'm writing this review, but this location just charged us $4.39 for chocolate sprinkles on a Jr. Cone. For reference, the Jr. Cone cost $3.89. I went back inside after to ask why Two Jr Ice Creams ($3.89 each) with chocolate sprinkles on one of them cost $13.20, and she said "Tax and Sprinkles", well, after accounting for taxes, I did some math, they literally charged me $4.39 for some chocolate sprinkles. That's it.

They don’t want to honor coupons. Poor management. Also when you cut open their cakes, the have severely reduced amount of crunchies and vanilla. They always skimp out on toppings as well. Pathetic, trying to cut corners and charge the same price as others. Will not return, going to the farther carvel in smithtown on principle. Avoid at all costs.
