Chiddy's Cheesesteaks of Commack

Menu shows that onions aren’t extra topping in build your own but was charged for it. Says step 4 choose your toppings and the price, no onions there. Left a bad taste before I even ate food. Employee says I am wrong, what does the menu say to you?

Just received the soggiest sandwich you can imagine - Guinness world record leve (disgusting). Low quality steak they’re making cheesesteaks from steakumm 😭😭😭😭. Paid $28 for steakumm!!!! Plus tip … never again. The fries were the equivalent to wood chips.

Side note - I’m curious to know if you think the location will stay open if sales continue to drop month over month good luck summer 2025 😭

We went here after moving and not eating here for a while. I remember it being much better. It was OK but the fries were, well, not good.
2 jr signature cheese steak sandwiches and a large fry for $43 was not at all worth it.

Hands down the best cheesesteak I have had since my friend Carls. The next day was even better after bringing half home.

The best surprise this year was discovering the signature cheesesteak at Chiddy's. Packed with tender steak, sautéed onions, mushrooms, and a generous helping of gooey, melty cheese—it was absolutely mouthwatering. We paired it with the skin-on fries—nicely seasoned and perfectly crisp. On top of the great food, the staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. Food lovers and cheesesteak fans alike should make their way to Chiddy's—it won't disappoint.

Get lunch for the office there once a week. Very tasty. Very fast. A favorite.

My favorite cheat food. The place is not fast food but good food fast. The owner is a young entrepreneur and does great work with the community to give back.

Wings aren’t jumbo. Steak was decent for me but you better like black pepper. Was inedible for my wife and kids. Don’t buy the combo it’s a rip off. Small cheese steak with fries for $17-18 is absurd. Even worse the fries were burned. But hey here’s a free can of soda. Kids meal doesn’t even have a cheesesteak on the menu. So to some it all up. Order of 6 wings, 3 small cheese steaks, 2 with fries = $70. Yeah will go next door for a gyro next time or get some microwave food from Dollar Tree.

$16 for an order of fries and they have balls to use a microwave to make them...
That's pretty low guys. Even the truck on the side of the road had a fryer in it. I guess you guys just can't be bothered with that extra effort...

Best Cheesesteak outside of Philadelphia

Also just tried their new Buffalo Wing, very tasty and the meat just feel off the bone. Great job guys

I went here with a friend and we loved it! The food was super fresh and the service was great! We couldn't decide what to order so we got a few things to share and everything was delicious! The cheesesteak was so flavorful and the meat was super tender. The beef empanada was so yummy and crispy. We tried two of the dessert empanadas and they were to die for! We will be back again!

The steaks were tasty, their garlic bread was on point. Sweet potato fries and onions were good too. Plenty of parking in a strip mall. Highly recommend trying!
