The service here is absolutely horrible. The bigger gentleman with a black Chipotle button down was extremely rude. He had a mute face like he didn’t want to be there. I had to wait to just be helped while the other workers were in the back eating looking at me waiting. They didn’t have any steak and it didn’t look like they were making it anytime soon, meanwhile they had 3 hours till closing. The counter where you order the food was disgusting. They were also unable to accept cash unless you had exact.

Unacceptable service. Asked for extra chicken and gave me 1 small piece of chicken. Then proceeded to charge me 2$ for it. This man should be fired if it was up to me.

I would give this store 0 out of 5 if I could. My daughter ordered a bowl with chicken and the chicken was completely raw. I don't mean undercooked but completely raw not even seared on the outside. Because it was in a bowl, she didn't notice this at first and she ended up swallowing a piece of chicken. When she realised how raw the chicken was she made herself vomit to avoid food poisoning.
You can see from the attached pictures how bad the chicken was. Worse still it was impossible to contact a human at the store by phone and I had to go there to register my complaint. I also complained to corporate who were very matter of fact and kept asking for the register receipt. I had sent them the raw chicken pictures and told them that was all the receipts they needed. On a matter like this, I would expect a human being to reach out to me personal but all I got instead was a free bowl on a future visit. I know for a fact we will never visit this location and to be quite honest we're a bit put off the whole chain based on this experience.
If you want raw chicken, this is definitely the location for you.

Every time I come in here I wait on a long line. Last time I just left and got pizza next door. Employees seem to move really slowly and hide in the back. We are waiting on line and keep seeing new employees come out to clean for closing at 8pm and avoid eye contact with us. Consistent bad experiences here. Management needs to do better.

Plenty of employees laughing and chatting with each other maybe should try cleaning. Oh wait one did they wiped around the food with a filthy rag. Never again.

Worst food I’ve ever gotten from chipotle. The rice had way too much cilantro, the chicken was burnt, and the brisket had some pieces too spicy to eat and others too bland. Left positive reviews for some stuff because I have nothing against the staff, just the offensive food.

Issue is I got a steak burrito, queso, and guac, it came to $20 - which is insane. Never again. I will just go to Fat Boy Burritos for now on.
