Worst food I’ve ever gotten from chipotle. The rice had way too much cilantro, the chicken was burnt, and the brisket had some pieces too spicy to eat and others too bland. Left positive reviews for some stuff because I have nothing against the staff, just the offensive food.

Food was good, not that great, though.
Issue is I got a steak burrito, queso, and guac, it came to $20 - which is insane. Never again. I will just go to Fat Boy Burritos for now on.

So many things First off, I requested double chicken and got the normal portion of chicken, even though I paid extra. Secondly, when I took my Chipotle out of my bag, having ordered a juice, my chipotle was crushed under the juice. Finally there was little to no sour cream and cheese after asking for extra from the start. On top of that, I was not given a receipt so I couldn’t even put in my concerns on the app. Not sure if there was a communication issue here but training of new employees has to get better.

Food is typically good, but the dining room is disgusting! I think they're too busy to clean the tables. When I eat in, I have to clean my table myself. I blame management for this. Someone is not paying attention to the dining room.

Went into this Chipotle for a quick bite with my son. Service terrible as we waited five minutes at the counter for them to figure out who was going to assist. Nobody else on line. Finally someone came over, took our order and we moved along. The biggest negative besides the clueless staff was that this Chipotle was not clean. Once we got our food and went to get a table, they were all dirty. There may have been three other groups in the restaurant so plenty of empty tables. All had food particles, dirty napkins, etc. Filthy establishment. Napkin holders were empty and the garbage was over flowing. When I mentioned to the person behind the counter that there were no napkins and all the tables were dirty, she said okay and handed me napkins. In our 20 minutes there nobody ever refilled the napkins nor cleaned one table. Most disgusting mis run Chipotle I have ever gone to. I will never go back to this location again.

Im not a big fan of Chipotle but I was in the area and it wasnt my choice to eat there. But im not mad at Chipotle, its just a bit overated. But the food is decent. It can get the job done.

Chipotle Commack Rd got here 11:44 my order was not ready no one in the restaurant still made me wait till the order came up to process waited over 9 minutes then got frustrated and decided to leave the worst customer service no communication just blank stares??????

The people need to Understand English. You ask then for a kids taco meal and they put 3 tacos In. I asked if that was the kids meal and she said yes. TWICE. then I get to the register to find out it's double the price because it's not a kids meal. So after waiting on line for 10 minutes I wanted to eat and said whatever I'll just pay double because ypu screwed up. Then the cashier just pushes my drink , my bowl, chips and queso toward the end of counter. Not even offering a tray. They need better help In there. This is 1 spot I'm making sure not to give my money to
