they messed up my order and put corn and peppers in when i asked not to and didn’t give me beans i couldn’t eat it because i am allergic to corn. i don’t know why they hire dumb teenagers to work for them.

I literally eat a salad from chipotle everyday. I own a private practice firm not too far from here so I sometimes stop at this location for lunch/dinner. I’ve never had any issues requesting 2 vinaigrette’s being I GET A SALAD at ANY location. As everyone knows chipotle only put a little amount of dressing in a cup. Well today, I go in the Commack Location and all of a sudden they tell me they can only give 1 vinaigrette. I said “no problem, I’ll pay for another “ then, a butch white lady with “New York “ tattooed on her left arm states “At this location we only give one vinaigrette” I said “since when ?” The butched white lady with “New York” tattooed on her left arm states “At this location that’s been in place” so I go on to tell her “I LITERALLY JUST ATE HERE LAST NIGHT. “ and asked “Was it implemented this morning? Because I can show you on my app” and she just looks dumb founded. Chipotle is a hospitality service. My office orders 10s of thousands of dollars worth in catering a year from chipotle. Unfortunately Commack will no longer receive our business. You never know who you’re LYING to. Please chipotle on COMMACK do better.

The attitude on the girls working here is disgusting. I get you’re disappointed to be working at chipotle but don’t take it out on polite customers asking you a basic question. Absolutely absurd. Food is always mediocre and they act like they’re doing you a favor.

This is probably the worst chipotle i’ve ate at. Every-time i go i throw up or my boyfriend does. Last night the steak looked like chicken and it was probably the worst burrito i’ve had. This place needs to shut down because this is not the first time someone has thrown up from their food. horrible.

We ordered our food via Mobil App. Our burritos were half the normal size. My rice bowl was all corn and sour cream. I will always be there in person to watch them put my food together. Horrible!!!?Parking: Parking was the only convenient option at this restaurant!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Staff completely dismantled my burrito and mushed everything together in such a horrible way. Everything was cold and when I ordered a large fountain drink. Their was no ice and all the drinks were luke warm. I ask for the glass bottle soda instead since they refused to add ice or look at the matching. On top of it all they charge me for the glass bottle onto of the large fountain soda. Never again will I be eating here. Chick fli next store is such a better option.
Great food as always. Just seriously stop rushing people when ordering it's very annoying.

We had ordered doordash today 11/2/23, mind you it is pretty early. I had gotten chips and guac. The guac was pretty brown and had no taste even though there were onions cilantro etc. I paid for it so I ate it anyway. I'm almost finishing eating this, I see there is PLASTIC mixed in the guac!! So not only is the guac NOT FRESH I'm eating plastic!! I don't understand if it's early still and you're just opening up why you would be serving food that isn't fresh? Very disappointed, to everyone else please look through your food!

Just terrible. Ordering in is definitely better than using the app because time after time, the food is wrong, half filled or missing all together. When spending money on food, you expect to get what you pay for. And this ain't it. Sometimes the person making the food is really great and you get what you are paying for but 9 times out of 10, you don't.

Picked up our food just to get home and find guac missing. Fine. The issue was being told when we went back for it “oh yeah, we ran out. We’ll get you some now”. Why hand us our food knowing it’s not complete? They could careless here so just go to another chipotle if you can.
