I GOT THE 7 KINGDOMS HERO THAT SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS GONNA BE PHENOMENAL BUT SADLY IT SUCKED. CHICKEN WAS OLD THE BACON WASNT COOKED RIGHT. THE CHEESE WASNT EVEN MELTED. LITERALLY HAD 1 CHICKEN CUTLET DICED UP IN A HERO IT WAS DEFINITELY FROZEN BOUGHT CHICKEN CUTLET. BARLEY HAD ANY CARAMELIZED ONIONS. JUST A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HERO.

ZERO STARS. Ordered two bagels, half of each barely had any cream cheese and they charge over $4 each. Terrible scam. Go to Bagel Boss, instead or House of Bagels, they're better tasting and generous with their spreads. Then they charge me $5 uncooked bacon. ZERO

I reside out of state and needed to order a deli platter to be delivered to a grieving family. I called in the morning and it was delivered at the end of the day per my request. Great job! Thank you Alex.
Did they hire a new cook? The last two orders have turned me off completely. My eggs were ice cold friday and today they tasted rotten. I used to order here constantly. Never again.

Folks, please stop going here. They started out as a great establishment but post pandemic they have gone downhill. They consistently get orders wrong. The portion size of meat on sandwiches as mentioned in other reviews is the truth. I once found a piece of string in a turkey sandwich. And whoever said this place has the best breakfast sandwiches is out of their minds. The bacon from this establishment is always limp and soggy. Never crispy. The Everything Bagel is right across the street. Go there.
