I have been going to Costco for many years and today i very disappointed in their meat section.I always bought their Baby Back Ribs and Their Chicken Wings not the [ Organic Ones ] Today i thought that it was a Fluke but not only have the Prices gone up but the Quality has gone Down which when i had the wings last week they were horrible about a inch long and there were less wings in each package.Today i had my usual wings and they were just as bad not only were they small but looked like they were eaten by someone or something not by me.And The Ribs were nothing to talk about less meat on each rib. That's the last time i will buy either..

5 stars for their online delivery which I think comes from this particular store in Commack. They always deliver on time and have excellent substitutions when they are out of an item. Today I had Rose's on the list and they are beautiful!! A+++

We came in the late morning to but gifts for family. It was a very easy process. The post shopping slice of pizza was well earned! Hot and fresh.

I visited with my kids for a quick snack. The kids had a strawberry sundae. I had a slice of pepperoni pizza. The pizza was pretty good. I believe they changed the sauce. It's a more robust sauce that's not as sweet. The kids loved the sundaes. Everything was $7.58!

I am a big fan of Costco. It's a great store with amazing deals. The store is clean and items are well displayed. I prefer the store in Holbrook because they have a liquor store and gas station. I highly recommended picking up the fresh baked foccacia bread. It's seasoned with sea salt and basil. Before serving, heat in the oven @ 350 for 10 minutes. My family loved it.

While i usually shop at Westbury Costco, my least favorite store is Costco REGO park. This was the first time I been to Costco in Commack. It was very spacious, better variety than Westbury for sure. Lines were short even for a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. I also end up picking up a braun hair trimmer with accessories for $49.99 plus my usual amount of groceries which end up being about $400.These days feeding a family 3x a day becomes costly, specially because we do not eat out. While this location is far from Bayside, I believe is better option than Westbury or REGO Park Costco. Will definitely be back here to shop again.

The store was well stocked with items we use on a regular basis. I ordered the Italian sausage sandwich which was great. You van eat well on a budget at the food court.

I will start off by saying this is the WORST Cotsco I have ever been too. It is right down the road from my house so I gave them more chances than I typically would any other business. The staff here is completely rude, and treat different members different ways... With that being said, a gentleman was guiding people to available registers and makes a gesture to the hispanic woman ahead of me rushing her, and then told me to "hurry up". He then was polite to the caucasian woman behind me and smiled with politeness. I returned again last Saturday and had another encounter of rudeness from the cashier Victoria. I said hello to her and the older woman helping her and the looked and me with silence, never saying a word. I then said "have a good day" and was ignored. I spend a lot of money at Cotsco and am an essential frontline worker. I dont come to spend my hundreds of dollars to be met with an attitude. If you dont like your job Vitctoria, then find a new one. I shouldnt be met with a nasty atitude after a long day of saving lives at a place where I spend my money. Never again, I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to Sams Club instead.

Got lots of love for costco, i'm sure many people do because it's amazing i think all costco's are wonderful. Wondering tho like do they have sheet cakes right now or no, it's not a necessity but they are good right. Keep it up and never give up because your doing a good job and you know it

Went to Costco. and saw a very long line. Longer than the last time. Thought it was going to be less, because it was a perfect day weather wise. Oh Vey. How long will the wait be? It was amazing the "Conga Line," staying 6 feet apart took 15 minutes. It was all around the parking lot and we were at the entrance. This Costco was well stocked...minus the antiseptic wipes. The employees are doing a great job. It's amazing how nice the fellow customers are.

I have to write about my situation that happened yesterday at Costco in Commack. It was my 2nd attempt at trying to get into Costco since this "pandemic" started. Arrived with my husband around 10:30 am only to find the line wrapping along the side of the building and spilling into the parking lot. While waiting I saw several people just walk up to worker at the front door and walk in. I get indignant when I feel someone is cutting a line. So I went up to the worker and asked who was being let inside in front of the people who happened to be waiting outside on line. He said they were first responders, which I'm all for, but then it was Instacart people. Instacart people are not Costco workers and the people they are picking up orders from do not even have to belong to Costco. So why on earth are they being allowed in front of people like me and many others who have been Costco customers for many years and have spent thousands of dollars there? I also saw a few people leaving the store, maybe 4-5 people and only 1 or 2 being let in. Human nature is if you see a line then there might be a shortage. So people wait so they can get the larger size of everything. This is Costco's way of creating demand. After 10 minutes my husband said that it looked like at least another 45 minute wait so we left and spent our $400 in a nearby grocery store. Did I spend a little bit more? Possibly. But my time is worth something to me. Think about this, why are there no lines at any other grocery store? I've been going to different grocery stores once a week since mid March when covid19 restrictions were put in place. I have been able to get into every single grocery store without any problem, but not Costco where huge lines are the norm every single day. Perhaps Costco can give some feedback here.

I've been to multiple Costcos in my lifetime and Commack is definitely my go to! They are always super stocked with various and interesting finds, but the main reason I trek here is the servcie, staff and cleanliness. Even while coming during quarentine, waiting in the line is worth it. They give you wipes for your cart! The staff is friendly and ligh hearted during this difficult time! Unlike smaller stores, they always seem to have paper towels, toliet paper, clorox and water in stock! All the staff is friendly and quick during checkout! The pricing is great considering its wholesale. I love getting dry goods and even socks from here! $60 a year for membership is worth the savings! Even great to pick up a snack from the food station while shopping!

I arrived early to hopefully be the first in the store. They are limiting the number of shoppers and enforcing social distancing. Very organized operation in these difficult times.
