I’m very disappointed with Dunkin’ Donuts the item I got was not what I ordered it was cold I’m hoping that inside The employees handling food they make SURE they wear gloves!!They might need new management

Nice Manager and staff! Fresh coffee and Donuts daily. The croissants and Avocado toast are the favorite in our office.

I've used this location twice. Once it took a while to order. So the second time I did a pick up order.I made sure to give extra time for them to make it before arriving. I grabbed my coffee and a few minutes down the road I realized I paid for food and it was never ready next to my drink. Partially my fault for not paying more attention but given the amount of time I gave I'm assuming they forgot it. The coffee did taste very good both times though.

Lady at the front wasn’t really that engaging. Another lady who was making my hash browns had her mask way below her nose (by her lips) actually disgusting establishment that doesn’t care about COVID. How do you work at a food place while making the food with no mask pretty much. This business is cancelled.

I went into this establishment on Saturday and none of the employees were wearing masks. I had mine on. They should all be wearing masks especially since they are making food and drinks for customers.

Horrible customer service! Just plain nasty! Female employee was nasty to me bc she took the wrong order and I wanted a refund. She yelled at me in the store in front of the other employees. I will never go there again.

Just don't go here... go to Starbucks or another DD. Went here for the first time in years because I had a coupon for a free drink. Well... that free drink turned into standing and waiting while others that ordered after me got their orders (over 12 minutes for a caramel latte) .. when I finally asked about mine... they said someone must have taken it.. Nope... standing right there the entire time and mine wasn't called. The woman who I think is the owner/manager took my order and seemed to have an issue with my ordering a free drink only (mind you I left a dollar in the tip jar)..so I don't think it was a coincidence that I had to wait and ask. And the same owner/manager is saying hello and chatting with all others that are waiting for their orders but not me ( while I was quite pleasant and smiling and said please and thank you the entire time so this was not me). Things that make you go hmmmmm. Well... too bad... I buy a ton of coffee and food for work... back to Starbucks and the bagel store I go.
