Review: I recently bought a coffee from this place, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The coffee had visible grounds/residue in it, which should never happen with properly prepared coffee. On top of that, the taste was terrible — bitter, unbalanced, and simply not drinkable.
In my entire life, I have never been served coffee in such poor condition. This raises serious concerns about their quality, cleanliness, and overall professionalism. It was extremely disappointing, and I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their standards.

Sorry to say this Dunkin is not What it used to be, if it doesn’t shape up, they’re gonna get a visit from the health department! First whatever you get cooked from the turbo oven REEKS of a chemical plastic smell, THAT CANNOT BE HEALTHY PPL!! I was told it has something to do with them not changing the liners often enough, so is this about being cheap or lazy? Which reason are they willing to make their customer sick over? Cuz It can’t be about money cuz the prices keep going up For the same food? IN FACT, IT’S LESS FOOD TECHNICALLY BECAUSE WHEN YOU ORDER A LARGE COFFEE, THEY GIVE YOU 3/4 OF A CUP, WHICH WHEN YOU POUR IT INTO A MEDIUM SIZE CUP, IS A MEDIUM CUP OF COFFEE!!! I bet most people out there don’t realize that, but try it yourself. We’re all paying for a large & only gettin a medium.- NOT NICE DUNKIN’!
And when you order single donuts muffins, croissants or whatever here🔥the wax paper used to prevent any germs from touching your food gets shoved in the bag WITH your food ! HELLO!!!! IF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT HEARS ABOUT THIS, YOU’RE GONNA BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!! The whole purpose of the wax paper is so that if your employees gloves have touched something dirty, the germs won’t touch the person‘s food.🔥 IF THEY’RE SHOVING THE DIRTY WAX PAPER IN THE BAG WITH THE FOOD, YOUR CONTAMINATING THE FOOD!! !DUH, Come on people this is not rocket science!!! THAT’S JUST GROSS!!! It’s supposed to go in the garbage.
It would also be nice IF YOU COULD FIND THE CREAM CHEESE when you get a bagel with cream cheese, What’s that about? There never seems to be a problem when they butter the toasted bagels. In that case, both the Bagel & the bags dripping with oil, so why not be as generous with the cream cheese? Either way, I work hard for my “do rey me $$$ “ & when I asked for a cup of coffee, I expect a full one, When I ask for cream cheese,, I expect to be able to see it,. And I prefer all my stuff without any of it being contaminated! Maybe Mgmt. could work on it. Never had this problem a year or so ago I’m wondering if it’s under a new mgmt. or new owners? I've never once gotten a good coffee from this dunkin and thus it has earned the nickname: the gross dunkin. The pumpkin spice latte that I got recently was a cup of milk with pumpkin flavor, no coffee whatsoever.

Been coming here spending thousands and realized they overcharged me by $5 criminal then told me I was wrong made me come in and offered nothing for the experience. I took my money back and will never come back would not give names and no nametags worn very unprofessional to charge someone with cash 2 recipts without saying they knew it was 2 meals dealz when instructing the order then continued to rip me off. I am waiting for corporate man didnt even give me back my recipts the women was rude and everyone elsw

I come to this Dunkin all the time, specially in the mornings and the staff are always great. I came today at night around 7:30 and the male staff here was extremely rude and had the nastiest attitude. I’m not sure if he was here alone and didn’t want to work but the service was awful. I waited for about 10 minutes for two coffees and they weren’t made correctly. He didn’t tell me my total or anyway, just took my card. I am extremely disappointed
