The young lady that took my order was rude and disrespectful. I get the same order of coffee when I go to this Dunkin and I know that she did not add enough oat milk to my order. Instead said she could charge me for extra. I would have been fine with it if she would have just talked to me like a normal person instead being rude. I would honestly stay away from this Dunkin unless their regular works during the week she’s nicer and knows how to make coffee

I placed a mobile order, when i got there i was greeted with a not so pleasant can i help you and i told her i placed a mobile. she gives me a hot coffee, which i didnt order. so i was like im sorry i didnt order this because i was already telling i was bothering the woman. She literally dumped my coffee in an iced coffee cup and put ice in there. i took a sip and it was warm and i asked for more ice and mocha syrup because there was none in it and i was given a cup with barely any more ice. it wasn’t worth going back and worth to me anymore because it probably still would have been wrong if i asked her to remake it. probably wont be back to this dunkin. employees definitely need a retrain i hate to say

My dad went up to this Dunkin’ location this morning to get a coffe and blueberry muffin. He bit into the muffin and it was chocolate chip. He brought it back up and explained he was highly allergic to chocolate. The guy responded with a sarcastic remark and said,”Do you want me to call an ambulance?” He then gave him a blueberry muffin. Please retrain your employees on improving customer service skills.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered something simple and they messed it up, which usually I'm okay with, anything can be remade, not a big deal. I was okay with the first 2 mistakes over the past week, I just ask nicely for them to fix it and they do, no problem, I get it, mistakes happen. But this morning, I asked for decaf because I have a medical condition that doesn't allow me to have any caffeine. Well, I figured out halfway through my medium coffee that there was, in fact, lots of caffeine unfortunately, and I'm currently having a significantly poor medical reaction to it hours later still.

They have Employees barely speak English. They took my order wrong, I ordered hot coffee but they made an ice coffee, rather than giving me hot coffee, they became a wall and stop talking with me, I asked them to correct their mistake but they didn't answer me and they didn't even look at my face. They were 2 ladies behind the counter and talking Spanish and making fun about me. It was a shameful environment, Dunkin lost a permanent customer
