I had one tall looked, he appeared to be Spanish, that had NO clue what I was trying to order. I have to repeat it three times and he still didn't get it right! The woman behind me was shaking her head and disbelief. He never gave me a fork and knife, so I had to get up from the table and go get that. Then I told him for toast lightly toasted and he burnt it so bad, you could snap in half like a cookie.If I ever DO go back there, I will make sure that he does NOT take my order.

I recently moved to the area and was excited to try the nearby delis...this place has been such a CONSECUTIVE disappointment.
They can't follow simple directions, they have CONSISTENTLY messed up my very SIMPLE orders...
Such Rude staff. When I've asked them to fix my orders that THEY got wrong, I'm always met with a dismissive, disgusted attitude like I was the one in the wrong đ + the place is so crammed and uncomfortable to even just stand online for more than 15 mins. Literal sardine can.
I've given this place a few chances and they never redeem themselves.
Do yourselves a favor and go to the Commack deli that's across the street. There are so many better places around than this one.

Canât seem to understand English enough to make a correct sandwich which is very expensive to begin with Ive complained but to no avail not happening, to much attitude from front people men & women & nothing is free , I do like my little Ojsâs like blvd bagel gives out (not A plug) but im thinking they are on their way out possibly because of the bodega that opened up right next doorâŠSry I work very hard for my $ and like to get what I pay for, wonât miss them when they disappear !

I ordered a plain bagel Toasted with cream cheese, no more than 10 seconds went by I asked the girl if she could change it to scallion cream cheese I already put cream cheese on it and refused to change my Order and when I called to complain, I asked to speak to a manager she answered and hung up on me Donât ever go there, mind you the bagel is not even toasted

Best bagels in commack Veggie cream cheese is amazing
Delicious looking and tasting food, not so nice staff. A friend and I were receiving help from a younger guy named âEdâ and he had an attitude while serving us. Getting frustrated when we couldnât hear him and smirking at our bagel orders?? Almost as if he was criticizing what we got. Not too thrilled.

(5 stars for thee employees making food there) The chef/cooks make delicious sandwiches. Theyâre amazing at what they do. However the ladies at the counter could be more friendly. Yâall may have won the award for best sandwiches in 2024 (props to the cook) but that doesnât excuse you from being ignorant at the counter. Next time, educate your customers on how things are done at your job, not laugh in their faces!
