Her service is always on point and her energy brings so much charm. She literally is the whole experience. Five stars recommended needs a definite raise. Plus, the food is absolutely amazing. We haven’t visited Filetto’s for some time… After last night, I remember why!
We arrived a few minutes before 8pm. Though it was cold inside, we decided we would be ok after a glass of wine.
Shortly after receiving our food, the cleaning process began. It started with turning off the TVs and lights in the bar area, completely disregarding that someone was watching TV. Then the ammonia came out! We could barely breathe.
When we let the server and manager know, they did nothing except apologize as they kept cleaning. Never did they offer to accommodate us in any way.
We left without finishing our meal and wine. I should NOT have paid the bill!
Sadly, we’ll never return.

My husband and I went with friends last night for pasta night. Our friends have been dinning at your establishment for quite a while. We were so pleased they introduced us to your establishment! Our experience was exceptional. So many pasta choices. $ 16.95 salad, entrée, coffee and canolli. Everything was fresh and the portions very generous. Absolutely freezing inside. They start to clean up using ammonia to clean floor while we were still eating. Stuffed shrimp was not good. Didn't eat but one and server knew I didn't like. She didn't ask if I wanted to take home as she knew I didn't like the meal, but didn't offer to take back or try another meal. NEVER AGAIN

Went to Filetto's Commack for take-out, 3 times last weekend and enjoyed their food. My 9yo liked their cheese slices and dinner rolls. The staff was friendly and service were quick.

Simply great pizza. Few wine options, but the food is great.
Walked in for a slice. Asked for pepperoni slice. The guy behind counter went to grab pepperoni with no gloves. He did not wash hands prior to grabbing the pepperoni neither after adding it on my pizza. Then grabbed his soda to drink. Please ensure your employees wash hand and wear gloves prior handling and use utensil to grab food. Other than that the pizza tasted good after I reheated in my oven.

Fantastic food. Great prices. Good pizza. Spotlessly clean. Finally an Italian restaurant in the area that isn't just mediocre, it's really very good. Also pizza was excellent. Another big surprise! Also, we were glad to see the place wasn't plastered with televisions everywhere.
Can't wait to come back.

Food is always hot when delivered and delicious as well. They do not skimp on the portions. Highly recommend giving them a shot. The Farfalle En Rico & Artichoke Francese are two of our favorites.
