My wife and I go here each time we shop at Trader Joe’s, which is next door. They give you 10% off your bill if you show your TJ receipt. Always great slice options and we just had the vodka/pepperoni slice for the first time yesterday and it was INSANELY GOOD! A+++

Wanted NY style pizza. Asked if they served it...they wanted to know what NY style was...should have been a clue to me. Ordered their special on thin crust. It was not NY style...not like Manhattan...was closer to Chicago style deep dish on a thin undercooked crust. But not as yummy s Chicago style. And not Italian style either...not like Venice or Milan..so much money for a bad experience. They only sell their special as a large whole pie. I hope I get a real NY style pizza while in NY...this was sad.

Any meal I’ve ordered has been fresh and delicious. This is my 5th visit. Like it better than the previous restaurant that was here. Staff is excellent.

Decided to go there for dinner with my family called ahead and the person the phone told me no need to call ahead just come right in on arrival. We waited 10 minutes at the host stand to be seated. Finally went to host to come over. We told her we were a party of eight and she simply said sorry we cannot accommodate you. I said how long would the wait be? She said Did you call ahead? I said I tried and you told me to come in. She said well we cannot accommodate you.
To speak to the manager like he was in his 20s and clearly had no idea how to run a business he said with an attitude it’ll be about an hour. They clearly had no idea what was happening as a man was making pizzas Instead of running his business.
I’ve been waiting outside about 10 minutes later. I asked what was happening and the manager told me well. Do you want to wait or not? Yes or no and I stated that I told him yes he didn’t started to argue with me. I asked him if he was the owner and he said yes.
I never heard of a restaurant turning away. Customers is pathetic and poor business. Clearly this restaurant will not be in business very long as it’s never really busy. It just happened to be busy on that day. I’ve heard very negative things about This restaurant, but my family insisted we try it if I can give it -100 stars I would with all the restaurants in the area of Commack and really good ones. I will never go back to this place when I caught anybody who does go there from what I’ve heard and what I’ve seen it is a Horrible place to dine at.
The good news is we went to another restaurant in the area had a fantastic experience and spent over $600. The owner of this restaurant should reconsider a different career as he will probably need to do so soon don’t waste your time. For your money, Gino’s in Commack much better options with much friendlier staff.

So this is very disheartening for me to say because the pizza is great. I usually order online, but decided to go in to get my food today. I walk in the door, and stand behind a family that was ordering their food, waiting for my turn to order. Then someone else walks in and they immediately ask her what she wants. They skipped me, which is crazy, because I was their first. Another guy who wasn't at the register, and was making the pizza's asked me if I was being helped. I will never order from here again or go in person. I feel like the experience I had was a horrible one.

On July 20th we had them cater our wedding they were very professional the food arrived on time the food looked and tasted outstanding we highly recommend using their catering service for your next event

So I've been here a few times for lunch. I get the lunch special every time..panini and salad. It never disappoints. First time I catered from them for my son's graduation party. I have to say from placing the order to them delivering the food. They are amazing. Food came hot and was really good. If you need a place to cater from, I definitely suggest Gino's. I will be catering from them again in the future.
