Not sure if the owners have given up but the entire restaurant is screaming for help!
Highly unprofessional staff taking the orders while playing around and cursing in Spanish.
Young lady decided to cut the pizza slices on the glass counter some of it was without parchment paper under it(EWWW) and then got smart about it when I asked can you put in the silver tray and do it?
Her reply “it’s fine! we clean the glass all the time!”.
I told her I don’t think this it how you are supposed to cut one slice into 2… her response? “yea ok!”
So nasty and rude she was! Can’t even cut slices properly! Then the nerve to show a paying customer that much nasty attitude!
What a disgrace!
Customers don’t eat for free so a little bit more respect and professionalism won’t hurt.
Young men behind the counter and the same lady were busy fooling around instead of checking on our rest of the order.
We had to get up and ask to check our food status.
Construction material not properly covered and little kids eating in the same spot was concerning.
No mangers in sight so the chaos continued.
A young male worker kept staring at us while we ate so that was a bit weird!
Dirty floors and dirty decor.
It’s a complete disaster at this restaurant!
Food tasted bad too, blue cheese was most likely store bought brand and the pizza wasn’t fantastic either. Lacking texture and flavor. Buffalo wings were better off left frozen!
None of the restrooms were available either and walls looked dirty and greasy so I wonder what does their kitchen look like!
Definitely don’t recommending this place and absolutely won’t be back!

Food was fantastic. Typical pizzeria atmosphere. Staff were short , unfriendly , and only spoke English when they had to. Felt like I was in a nail salon in that sense.... pretty uncomfortable. I actually won't go back anymore as it's a regular occurrence and I find it annoying. But that's me. Good pizza is a dime a dozen in this area. I'll go were the service is friendly and they don't speak another language while serving. The service sucked anyway. No loss.

Went to Gino's on 8/22 with a large party. They accommodated us and gave us a private room which was nice. The staff was very nice and the food was very good. The guy at the front counter on the way out said have a great evening and asked were we were from. He was very nice. I am from out of state but have to Gino's twice in the past month with family that live local . Both times I had a great experience. I would recommend Gino's of Commack. I will be back again on my next visit.

Absolutely terrible delivery service. Customer service to get an update was atrocious, they just hung up on us. We live 5 minutes away and it took over an hour and a half. Order with caution.

Every time I come back to visit family on Long Island I go to Gino’s. It’s consistently delicious and the guys that work here are always so friendly. Wonderful atmosphere at a place that makes you feel like family. Gino’s is always clean, with a full case of various pies by the slice. We ordered half sausage pepperoni, half meatball, whole pie drizzled with hot honey. I like to ask them to make it extra crispy, which as you can see does NOT mean burnt here like some places.
