This establishment will not be revisited. Our daughter's fifth birthday dinner was unfortunately marred by inadequate portion sizes, despite the acceptable quality of the food. I strongly advise against patronizing this location; I would prefer to travel further to Margaritas Cafe.

Decided to finally take the plunge and try this place out… Ordered the enchiladas and empanadas… For the price of $62(ordered mutlipe plates) I found it a little pricey but that didn’t even bother me so much… It was the bland taste on the food that disappointed me.. It was like getting a frozen dinner from the supermarket… I will tell you to stay away. Won’t ever get it again… The customer service was a little nonexistent… Just “here’s your food,give ,me the money out the door”…good luck if u try this place

The food was just okay, but I found it very bland. The drinks were terrible—there was no alcohol in them at all. Don’t waste your time ordering them. However, the worst part of the experience was the service. We were a large group, and the waitress didn’t bring everyone’s drinks first. Instead, she started taking full orders for some while the rest of us were still waiting for our drinks. She forgot to bring out food, left dirty dishes and glasses on the table, and even served dessert while some of us were still waiting for our main courses. It was so bad. In the end, I realized she didn’t write a single thing down. That may be the problem! The service was absolutely terrible.

Friends and I have been to Gracias a few times and we have consistently enjoyed our experience. The restaurant is colorful and lively, the service is good with kind and friendly staff and the food is very tasty with really nice presentation. I would recommend the crispy tacos, the flautas or any of the dishes with mole sauce and the mango passionfruit frozen margarita was a nice summer treat.

Stopped in on Taco Tuesday and enjoyed their taco special. 10 tacos, 2 different meats, so we tried all four: steak, carnitas, chicken, and chorizo. Next time I'll just get the chorizo and carnitas tacos. Not that steak or chicken were bad options, but chorizo and carnitas were my favorites. The staff were friendly and helpful.
