Took advantage of their shipping service to send my sister in law who lives in Philly her favorites rye salt bagels. Eddie was responsive and sent them individually wrapped with instructions. They arrived 2nd day Fed Ex and made her day!

Ordered an everything bagel with lox cream cheese. You can see how little cream cheese they gave me, never mind it cost extra for the lox flavor. On another visit, I asked for an everything bagel and they gave me sesame instead.

They didn’t toast my bagel. When I ordered it asked for a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese, and all i got was a cold bagel with cold cream cheese.

The only reason I continue to go to this bagel store is because of its convenient location. Their prices are out of control compared to some of the local competition. Go to everything bagel on Commack road instead.

Terrible. Just terrible. A few days ago, my fiancé decided to give this deli a try again after a few not-so-great experiences over the years. He got a BEC on a roll, I got egg whites with swiss and turkey on a wrap.. $21. $21!!!!!! I legitimately thought he was joking when he told me the price.. decided to give it the benefit of the doubt anyway. Disgusting. Took one bite, couldn’t even chew it all the way, spit it out and threw away the rest of the wrap. Never again.
