Teagan was the worst server I’ve ever had. And I never leave reviews. So much attitude towards her whole section

I visited IHOP about 2-3 days ago and had a great experience! Our server, Litzy, was so kind and attentive throughout the meal. She made sure everything was just right and provided excellent service with a warm attitude. Really appreciated her hospitality—thank you, Litzy!

Today I had a horrible experience in this ihop a Hispanic lady attended me and she didn’t take my order right and when I told her to change it she answered me badly and when she changed it and came back with the food she just threw it on the table she never returned to ask for something else and creps were dried and didn’t have any taste to it. Never will come back there.

I am currently engaged to someone who will not drink out of a mug anywhere we go because sometime ago, she came into your establishment and sipped from a mug with LIPSTICK STAIN. I now have to endure decades of inconvenience because of your lipstick mug. Thank you. Respond when all of the lipstick mugs have been replaced and I’ll leave a better review!

Standard iHop atmosphere but this place is a bit louder than others. Service is slow but will eventually get to you. Food was so dry... Eggs were beyond over cooked (hard rock....), pancakes were so sticky when in mouth! Stuck to teeth and throat! Other place were not as bad but this place was bad!

I have visited some ihop but it is the first time that I felt discriminated against from the moment I entered they sat me in the back almost for an emergency exit, I waited almost 30 minutes so that they could finally serve me and until that other tables arrived and they were served before me (and we were only 2 people). The question here was discrimination??? I think YES. The food was good, very tasty, I can't deny that much better than in other ihop locations. But very bad attention and another karma to pay the bill 20 minutes so that the waitress Fabiola can swipe the card. I thought he was going to bring me the pindpad (almost in most of his locations they use to charge much faster) and he only went to collect in the front of the place and told us they can leave now. He made me understand that because I am of Hispanic origin I can't leave him a tip or I can't leave him a good tip. I felt so outraged and discriminated against. Since most of the times I go to any restaurant I always leave a 20% tip or sometimes more depending on how the attention is.
Postscript We went on a schedule of 10:30am

Called them to place an order of the strawberries & cream crepes + a spinach/mushroom omelette for pick-up. I picked up my food after 15min, left a tip despite not being served inside the restaurant, and came home so we could all dig into some premade breakfast, only to discover... that there was no cream in the crepes, nor on the side? Super disappointing; I don't know how you miss something that integral to the dish. What we have now is dry crepes and a small cup of strawberry compote, which make very little sense on their own for the cost of the dish itself. For what ended up being a $40 bill for two breakfast items that I carried out of the store myself, was not worth the time nor effort.
