It’s been a very long time since I had IHOP and great memories of how big and fluffy the pancakes were. Well I actually couldn’t believe my eyes when they served me my pancakes. Pancakes were the size of the plate the last time I went. This time they were flat like paper and small.. they actually tasted old and reheated. Even the toast tasted stale and retoasted it’s not like it use to be. I will not be coming back. The diner serves better pancakes. Maybe it’s just this ihop . The one in west Babylon on Montauk Hwy is the best one I ever went to. Anyway it’s a shame. I had to edit this the toast tasted like it was reused toast!! Not kidding , happen 1 time to me a long time ago and this had the same texture. Maybe this ihop is doing that with there sides that are untouched .definitely wasn’t fresh.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but this time I felt discriminated against by the waitress at I-Hop, because she gave me my food and my bill at the same time, which I interpreted as meaning that she wanted me to eat quickly and get out of there.

We were a party of 8. Two people in our group didn't get their food until the other 6 were halfway done eating. So that was a little annoying. Other than that, the food was delicious as always.

Started off good. Part of my order was missing. The waitress acknowledged and never return. I had to ask another waiter to resolve the issue and had to take the missing order to go (that's how long I waited yes, finished my entire entree and waited at least another 10 more mins). Being nice I still tip the waitress. She return and asked me to tip do one of the 'suggested tip.' Are you kidding me? Bad service and still demand more? I should give ZERO to be honest.

In DC IHOP, PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS! 6 BUCKS FOR EACH CUP OF COFFEE. NO FREE REFILLS OMLET $24. $17.59 for 4 gluten free pancakes. 60 bucks for eggs an flour. Got to wonder. I'm retired so it's likely I'll never come again $$$$$$$. Oh PS wife and I shared the omlet .

Super disappointed Everytime I get my order from this location it’s never like the others. I ordered steak and eggs and they literally gave me 3 pieces of steak tips as if the mushrooms make up for it.

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!!!! spanish lady who was our waitress complained about how much she got tipped. it’s the fact that we do not have to tip the server but we did and she complained about the amount. her service was terrible the whole time we were there. she’s lucky she got a tip at all!!! and she complained after!!!!!!!!
