I visited IHOP about 2-3 days ago and had a great experience! Our server, Litzy, was so kind and attentive throughout the meal. She made sure everything was just right and provided excellent service with a warm attitude. Really appreciated her hospitality—thank you, Litzy!

Today I had a horrible experience in this ihop a Hispanic lady attended me and she didn’t take my order right and when I told her to change it she answered me badly and when she changed it and came back with the food she just threw it on the table she never returned to ask for something else and creps were dried and didn’t have any taste to it. Never will come back there.

I am currently engaged to someone who will not drink out of a mug anywhere we go because sometime ago, she came into your establishment and sipped from a mug with LIPSTICK STAIN. I now have to endure decades of inconvenience because of your lipstick mug. Thank you. Respond when all of the lipstick mugs have been replaced and I’ll leave a better review!

Standard iHop atmosphere but this place is a bit louder than others. Service is slow but will eventually get to you. Food was so dry... Eggs were beyond over cooked (hard rock....), pancakes were so sticky when in mouth! Stuck to teeth and throat! Other place were not as bad but this place was bad!

I have visited some ihop but it is the first time that I felt discriminated against from the moment I entered they sat me in the back almost for an emergency exit, I waited almost 30 minutes so that they could finally serve me and until that other tables arrived and they were served before me (and we were only 2 people). The question here was discrimination??? I think YES. The food was good, very tasty, I can't deny that much better than in other ihop locations. But very bad attention and another karma to pay the bill 20 minutes so that the waitress Fabiola can swipe the card. I thought he was going to bring me the pindpad (almost in most of his locations they use to charge much faster) and he only went to collect in the front of the place and told us they can leave now. He made me understand that because I am of Hispanic origin I can't leave him a tip or I can't leave him a good tip. I felt so outraged and discriminated against. Since most of the times I go to any restaurant I always leave a 20% tip or sometimes more depending on how the attention is.

Postscript We went on a schedule of 10:30am

Called them to place an order of the strawberries & cream crepes + a spinach/mushroom omelette for pick-up. I picked up my food after 15min, left a tip despite not being served inside the restaurant, and came home so we could all dig into some premade breakfast, only to discover... that there was no cream in the crepes, nor on the side? Super disappointing; I don't know how you miss something that integral to the dish. What we have now is dry crepes and a small cup of strawberry compote, which make very little sense on their own for the cost of the dish itself. For what ended up being a $40 bill for two breakfast items that I carried out of the store myself, was not worth the time nor effort.

Trust God

I have been very patient and held off on this review but I can’t any longer. The Cook “No” or “Know” unsure of spelling its really terrible. I get he’s “new” but he has been there for a while now and hasn’t improved. Had to send back toast repeatedly on on numerous occasions for being burnt and hard and the next incident on another occasion my ham was burnt to a crisp and a following time my eggs were rubber and one side of my toast was raw and the other was so hard I couldn’t chew. This isn’t the IHOP food service I’m used to. I’ve never had so manny occurrences of food mishaps. Even with past “new” cooks. The SERVERS/WAIT STAFF ARE ALL VERY PLEASENT despite having to deal with food being sent back from all their customers at an alarming rate we are frequent customers but until the cook “No” or “know” is no longer cooking our food yesterday will be our last visit to this location. The food made me and my wife so terribly ill we ran to The bathroom all day after breakfast.first our eggs were overcooked and then undercooked and because of all the food being sent back from many of the tables there was long wait times for new customers that many walked out as the food being sent back multiple times back delays the wait times and affects the whole operation in the food industry. You can have a terrible wait staff and still make it in the food industry but when the food service is absolutely terrible no matter how great the wait staff is the restaurant is already set up for failure. I know that ownership of this location changed recently but if they continue to allow “no” or “know” to cook unfortunately this location doors will shutter. Im not saying fire the person “No” or “know” I get that the economy is tough right now and I don’t want to see him lose a job but maybe reassign him to somewhere besides the kitchen such as a server or hostess or bus boy. I’m so sad thinking about how great the food used to be. And pray it’ll return to that. I don’t want any coupons or refunds I just want the food service to become good again. Until then I will frequent candlelight diner for meals.

The waitress told us our order was boring, the home fries came out burnt to a crisp, and they brought me coffee instead of water. Worst IHOP experience I've ever had
