My friend and I celebrated my birthday here. The our server and the restaurant staff were extremely accommodating and came up to us serval times to check in on us! The atmosphere is lighthearted and fun, yet exudes fine dining. The food was extraordinary!!! Everything from the in house bread to the G.Octopus to the main dishes were tasty and fresh. Highly recommend! I forgot the unique Barolo wine that I really enjoyed! Will come back again soon!!!!

Love this restaurant from previous visits and when it was Hooks and Chops - however this time was a huge flop. Our porterhouse steak was overcooked and had no flavor. We asked for medium rare arrive medium on a hot plate. We were told that because it's served on hot plate looks more done... sides were great and appetizer was nice. Our server was inexperienced and pushy to clear our plates and glasses immediately not asking if maybe we wanted another drink. We felt rushed considering that restaurant was half way full on Saturday evening @7pm. When manager asked us how was our dinner and we kindly shared our thoughts she said she wanted us to be happy but did nothing about it. Over all it was disappointing evening- steak was not worth $100 and it definitely was not $300 dinner. We paid and left disappointed. I am sorry to say that we are Not sure when and if we will be back again.

We always have a great meal at Il Toscano. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and they know us when we walk in and have a smile to welcome us. We usually go on Saturdays and they have live music which my kids love to join in on. Could not Recommend them more!!

The hostess, waiter and maitre'd were all very pleasant and welcoming. The food was subpar- the bread was hard...like it had been cut into pieces hours before. The calamari we ordered as an app. Was over fried and hardened as well. Two of us ordered a papadell-shrimp gamberi dinner. The shrimp was too rubbery for our taste and the sauce the dish was in was too bland for our taste. The other meal we ordered was a grilled chicken/spinach/artichoke dish. The chicken was moist and flavorful and that dish was good.

Was disappointed after having their ravioli with scallops and lobster twice before which was the most tender meal I ever had....Both this time, scallops and lobster was a bit over cooked resulting in chewy meal

I mean the place was nice but definitely was not worth the price. We went here for my father’s birthday on a Monday night and we were the only table for a large portion of the night. The service was absolutely awful, I’m not sure if there was just one waitress but I mean the wait to get our drinks and even our appetizers was ridiculous. My dad also ordered a crab cake and the waitress never brought it. She did not write down any of our orders so we knew they were going to forget something eventually which they did with the crab cake. Also, we ordered desserts and my mother ordered a piece of carrot cake and they brought out a piece of cheesecake instead. Maybe they should write down the orders because they messed up which wine was ordered as well. Overall, it was an experience to forget as we were really looking forward to it.

The Wait Staff was very attentive, and all around very nice. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very warm and inviting. It was the perfect spot for a date night. I had the gnocchi Bolognese which was absolutely amazing and my husband had the pork chops which just melted in your mouth. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

There were three tables (including us) in the restaurant for dinner service and the service was poor. It was clear by the quality of the drinks that they did not have a bartender. The staff was nice and courteous, but the food was not worth the price at all. Would not go again.

Had the Baked Clams and Fried Calamari for appetizers. Had the Ribeye Steak with side order of potatoes with peppers and onions for dinner. Everything was delicious. Met the Executive Chef Vincenzo who made us feel at home. Our glasses were never empty and the service was on point. I recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back soon. Thank you...

I came for lunch with my gf during restaurant week. At entering the place was empty and no one was there to greet us or sit us down. Eventually after an awkward “HELLO ANYONE HERE?” Someone came and apologized for the wait and sat us down. It definately gave us fine dining vibes. Its a very nice interior. However, the food was bland at best. There was an absence of flavor in the food and didn’t really hit good with us. I consider my palet very elite as a peruvian man. So when i say this is bland it is bland. Ive had authentic italian cuisine and this just missed the mark.

This was the 3rd and final time we will go to this restaurant. There is always a different baked clam recipe, 3 visits 3 different recipes, none beat the first they were actually phenomenal. My fish dish was a complete disaster. 1 appetizer, 1 salad, 2 entrees and 2 drinks was well over $200....NEVER AGAIN
